Enjoy this 3-story ocean villa. Just seconds away from the ocean. Sink you feet in the sand & have a ball in this 3500 square foot villa. Townhome has 7 Bdr & 6 baths & 2 Half baths. Billiard Room with Foosball Table. The villa is older so we have the best rates on the beach for a 7 bedroom villa next to the beach! Linens & Bath Towels Etc. included in Cleaning fee. This not a 5 Star resort, but great location & size. 6 parking spots

The house was so big and spacious. The walk to the beach was about two mins. The view of the ocean was great! The pool was nice so thankful it was still open. Any questions I had were answered quickly. My entire family enjoyed staying in the house. It definitely was better than expected. Would love to come back every year!

To say that my family was unhappy about the condition of the house would be an understatement. For starters when we got there and got out of the cars only to look up and find that we parked right under a huge patch of black mold. Entering the kitchen the counters had crumbs and sand on them, the cooktop was covered with grease, and all the shelves on the door of the refrigerator were missing. Every floor had sand on it. There was black mold throughout the house on walls, baseboards, and vent covers. All of the soaking tubs had sand in them, one of the showers had only the frame of a shower door and did not have a shower head. under most of the sinks in the house was water damage. Just about every room had cracked walls or a cracked ceiling. There were three smoke/carbin. detector outlets that did not have detectors in them. One of the bedrooms had a leaking window and one of the kids stuff got soaked. This place advertised a game room with a foosball table that the playing floor was busted out of and we could not use it. The pool table was had two sticks that were not useable and the table itself was covered with stains and no one wanted to even touch it. The master bedroom were my wife and I slept one of the closets housed the a/c unit for that level of the house. The ceiling in the closet was covered with black mold and the drain pan was covered in rust my wife who uses an inhaler was on it all week. more to say no more space. Would never recommend this place.

The view of the beach was nice, the size was good, and the location was great. However, there was a leak within two of the bathrooms which dropped down from the second floor to the first floor. This caused us not to use a tub and a shower. On the third floor bedroom, the one queen bed frame broke immediately when weight was put onto the bed. The lights in the second floor king bedroom with the balcony had inconsistent lighting, with the light creating a strobe effect. Some of the chairs in the kitchen were bent or broken.

The property is in a great location right across Ocean Blvd from the beach. It is in the center of all attractions. Large 3 story townhome at a great price due to age of property!
