The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

Pretty good place for the 6 of us, but wouldn't work for 6 adults because the sofa bed wouldn't be big enough. Location is good, services are available nearby. Bedrooms are nice and kitchen is serviceable.

This property is located in a safe and quiet apartment building. The furniture is fairly new and there are two nice bedrooms with window a/c units in each and one in the living room. Bath towels, soap and shampoo were provided. The property does not have special touches for a short term rental such as salt & pepper, coffee, filters, etc. The instructions for checking in was confusing as it was my first time using a “key cafe” (which was found inside the main door to the right) and I did not find instructions of how to enter the building at night. Thanks to the residents entering the building who let me in and pointed out where the key cafe was located. Check in instructions need much more detail. I received a quick response from the host when I messaged them.
