Whether you are looking for a historic walk through Old Town, Alexandria, an adventure in DC, or a night out on the town in Del Rey, this spacious two level 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit makes the perfect stay! Located in the peaceful Rosemont neighborhood, it is only a 6-minute walk to the closest metro and a 10-minute drive from Reagan Airport making convenience a breeze! Whether you stay in to enjoy the sunroom and outdoor deck, or tour the town, we can't wait for you to come and enjoy your stay!
The space
The unit is two levels with a sun room, living area, dining area, kitchen, bedroom and one full bathroom on the main level. The lower level includes a bedroom, full bathroom, and a kitchenette with an in-unit washer and dryer.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full unit across the two levels of the unit. You are also welcome to the backyard area, which is considered a shared space for the building.

DC Visit

The property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It was cozy and convenient to the DC Metro and Alexandria areas we wanted to go. Great area of town close to a couple of neat restaurants and pubs as well. Will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Alex/WDC Visit

The property was great! It provided everything we needed as well as a very comfortable place to relax after being tourist. Quiet neighborhood and very close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

Old Alexandria is a great spot with fabulous Vrbo options.

Had a great time. So quiet and pleasant. Quick and easy routes to our baby shower!

Great place to stay for visiting the DC area

The house is great and felt really safe in a nice neighborhood. I also cannot get over how great the location of this place was. It took less than 10 minutes to walk to the DC Metro Rail which I used every day to avoid driving into the city and trying to find (and pay for) parking.

Wonderful location, near subway leading to most historical sites in downtown WDC. Description of the property was accurate and the cost was reasonable. Downstairs is a little low for individuals over 6’ tall, as there are ceiling beams that must be ducked under for tall people. Plenty of hot water for showers, and beds were comfortable. Biggest selling point is the location within easy walking distance of both the blue and yellow subway lines.

Overall stay was lovely. Somethings that I did notice. The area is amazing. Light bulbs are needing to be changed. Both showers fill with water. Drains appeared to be clogged. The door knob also would stick in the master bedroom.

Lovely House

This was a lovely house for our stay in Washington DC! It's about 1/2 mile walk to the local metro station - so convenient for sight seeing! We were the first ones to ever stay here and the space was ready for use. The neighborhood was very safe to walk around. It is a couple of miles to any grocery stores, so be prepared to rent a car or lyft/uber when you need supplies. The property itself has one bedroom on the main floor and an entire basement with another bedroom and bathroom. It was ideal for traveling with a teen who needed their own privacy.
