Grande terrasse sud 2 niveaux donnant sur 300 yards de la riviÚre avec une vue spectaculaire de 100 pi-pins ponderosa, mélangés avec des épinettes et de sapins.

Situé dans le centre historique Upper Canyon, ce 2 chambres à coucher, 2 cabines-bain dort 6-8: 1 lit king, 2 lits queen et 1 canapé-lit double.

Les caractéristiques comprennent: cheminée, chauffage central, lave-linge et sÚche-linge, téléphone local, 3 télévisions (satellite), DVD, micro-ondes, cafetiÚre, mixeur à main, grille-pain, mijoteuse, barbecue à gaz barbecue au propane, et 3 parking à bois.

Sweet clean and cozy cabin. Loved being so close to the river. Could use some updates but nothing that would deter us from staying here again. We had a great time here!

So much nicer than the pics!

Gorgeous area close to everything. Home has been updated since pics were taken, no carpet, and plenty of room for the family. Big comfy beds and so much wildlife! We had deer and elk all over the front and back yard. So peaceful. Would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful and scenic

The view of the river was beautiful and the deer’s that came around the property each day were an extra treat. The house was fairly clean but had a musty odor. The microwave was trashed handle missing, broken off and plastic front was busted broken. Could not figure out how to use tv each channel I found wanted to charge to watch. To turn shower on/off very difficult, had to call host to tell me how to manage it but I believe they should be repaired. Aside from the items mentioned, we did enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful location.

Very comfortable , cozy , well stocked

Nice place to stay. We did find that the recliners were nice but too low & not very comfortable, & we are not tall people. Also the camodes are very low. But we were happy overall with our stay. It was quite & peaceful, which is the main thing we wanted. Appreciated the cleanness, & the beds were comfortable.Thankyou.

Peaceful stay

The property is in an ideal location. Well stocked, the house has a large bedroom with a king bed and another with 2 queens so it would be great for a family or friends. The kitchen is large and well equipped so you can enjoy your time watching the wildlife. It was fun to watch the elk, deer, and even wild horses grazing in the yard. It is a shame what the Ruidoso flood has done to the city and some damage in this neighborhood, but it did not affect our stay. We would rent again and hope to next year.

Excellent Location/Fantastic Home

I absolutely adored the retro style home and decor. This house took me back to my youth and the times I used to visit in the 80’s! Great location, very clean, well stocked and loved the back patio on the Rio. Thank you for the stay my boys and I loved it.

Love the spot in that neighborhood

Cute cabin, amazing location!

Our little family loved this cute cabin! It has been renovated since the pictures listed so that was a nice treat. We loved seeing all of the wildlife (deer, turkeys, and horses!). The river view was just gorgeous! We had a user error with the shower but the owner was QUICK to respond. We will be back! This is such a gem!
