Nestled in downtown Wrightsville Beach, NC, this oceanside 3-bedroom 3.5-bath home is within walking distance of a local market, gym, bars and restaurants. It is new construction with every modern convenience. Amenities include washer and dryer, outdoor shower, grill, beach toys, elevator, screened-in porch, fireplaces, 2-car garage, and open decks. The top floor features a penthouse suite with an ensuite and sun deck.

Each bedroom is outfitted with luxurious bedding and fresh sheets and towels, ensuring a pampered and restful stay. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully stocked and the cozy and spacious living area has a large sectional couch and a gas fireplace.

Three decks make for ideal settings to enjoy the ocean breeze and revel in sunrise and sunset views, while the porch makes for a peaceful place to sip a morning coffee by the fireplace.

The Sugar Shack II rises to expectations with elevator access to each floor. Outside, you'll find beach access only steps away an outdoor shower onsite. Very relaxing time! Getting from the bottom to the top floor for a 71 year old with a bad back was not easy without use of the elevator but otherwise a great stay!

This condo is in the perfect beach location! Walkable to several restaurants/bars. A stone's throw from the beach. Very clean with the most comfortable beds. Each of the three bedrooms have en suite baths. The rooftop deck was a wonderful spot to enjoy the sun with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

WE LOVED LOVED LOVED every detail about Sugar Shack II. Perfect location in Wrightsville Beach. gorgeous modernist design. Kitchen beautifully outfitted with excellent tools and appliances. THE most comfy beds and bedding! Loved using all the decks, especially top deck for sunsets and long visits. The most efficient, easy, and excellent VRBO experience! Hope to visit again and again.

Picture Perfect Stay

We had an amazing time! The condo is brand new and looks like it could be featured in a home decor mag. Top notch amenities! The kitchen was well appointed with excellent appliances. The beds were beyond comfortable and linens were high end. The condo is just steps from the beach. Beach chairs, towels, etc. were a nice bonus. And the outdoor shower has hot water! The owner was easy to reach, very responsive and super friendly! We loved this place and will definitely be back.

Sugar Shack II was the perfect spot for our family. The house is clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Margaret sent us all the check in information early let us know she was there if we needed anything. The location was close to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops without being too crowded. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing. We have been going to Wrightsville Beach for a decade and this is the best place that we have stayed - location, house layout, accommodations, by far. Sugar Shack II is your home away from home - the upstairs deck was great for afternoon cocktails and the master bedroom deck was great for morning coffee as the surfers headed down to the beach in the early AM. Margaret was absolutely amazing to communicate with and she would respond to questions quickly. We were there as a family of six - our two grown daughters and their significant others joined us. The beds were heaven and the temperature control on each floor allowed us to set it for what we were comfortable with. Having a grill to use during our 9 day stay allowed us to stay in and eat. Location was ideal as it was a 2 minute walk to Roberts Market to get morning breakfast or pick up some afternoon beverages, 3 minute walk to King Neptune and 4 minute walk to Tower 7/ice cream. Everything was perfect! ******
