Spacieux 3 chambres, 3 1/2 salles de bain Maison dans un quartier calme au coeur de la belle plage de Wrightsville. Aucun parking public dans ce domaine signifie moins de trafic. Grand quartier où les enfants peuvent jouer et faire du vélo. À quelques pas de la plage ... idéal pour marcher / courir / faire du vélo !! Parking pour 2 voitures de taille moyenne uniquement.

Grande maison à trois ponts pour un séjour relaxant. Profitez de la brise de l'océan et regardez les enfants jouer après une longue journée à la plage!

Ambiance caribéenne avec une disposition confortable. Plan ouvert de la salle familiale, salle à manger, véranda offrent des zones de rassemblement séparées tout en gardant tout le monde dans la même pièce! Great small group property

This property is in an ideal location, only steps to the beach and several minute walk to the little commercial section of Wrightsville Beach which includes bars, restaurants, a grocery store, ice cream, coffee shops and a beach supply store which the kids love.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, easy beach access. There are a lot of stairs, so know that going in. Nice balconies to relax on and a covered lower area with porch swing. Lots of room to spread out. Bring you own toilet paper.

Overall a very great property and experience. We did not enjoy the plastic mattress pad on the beds. Trapped in the heat and made the sleeping experience less than great. I guess those are put on there for a reason.

Clean, perfect location

This was an excellent value to be so close to the beach! The decks are big and relaxing. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 toddler. I recommend bringing a baby gate or 2 if you have a little one! We just out one by the stairs going down by the kitchen and my little one stayed off the upstairs. The porch has a gate and was awesome for my kid to explore. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfy!

Great location! Not a welcoming feeling from owners

The property has a great location in reference to beach access. Lots of appliances need updates, and having better cleaning tools would have been nice. The biggest issue is communication was bad with owners. Having them accuse you of things that didn’t happen and having them unhappy when we spent 3 hrs cleaning and straightening up before leaving is never a way to treat guests who spend so much for their family (dad and two daughters 3 and 7) to stay. We won’t rent here again and for that reason I would say it’s not family friendly. Maybe a couples place but not suitable for families with kids.

We have rented our home for many many years to families and of course there are accidents which is understandable. However, blatant abuse/disrespect is something no one should have to tolerate or experience. Unfortunately this is what Julian did to our home. We have an impeccable review history and have rented to many families over the years so Julian your review just reflects how dishonest a man you are. Please refer to all of the wonderful reviews we have...unfortunately Julian is not one we would ever want back as a renter and shame on you for not being honest and an honorable man. Per our lease all damages are to be reported prior to your departure which None were and you left us with a mess! In our lease we are quite clear with our departure instructions. We also emailed once we found all the damages and also provided pictures so your comment about lack of communication is false. You smoked cigars (used our glassware as ash trays) and left it on our deck, refer to the pictures we emailed you smoking prohibited anywhere on the property). Someone urinated in the queen bed and left a filthy bed pad (refer to picture emailed to you. Left food and 4th of July Decorations jammed in the sofa, Stained the sofa pillows with red juice or candy, (refer to picture emailed to you) Littered in our yard by not cleaning up their 4th of July decorations, excessive sand on both twin bed mattress pads (refer to picture emailed to you) the cleaning service can only surmise sheets were not used. We have a vacuum cleaner, a broom, a mop and cleaning supplies under the sink....We do not believe you cleaned for 3 hours .prior to departure (if you did which is doubtful we cannot imagine what it must of looked like.). If you needed more cleaning supplies you should have gotten more from Roberts Market that is less than a five minute walk from our home. It is so unfortunate that there are people who rent homes and feel they can abuse them. Shame on you Julian!

Regrettable experience, not worth the cost, unprofessional/condescending owners/managers

Fine duplex, maintained ok, extremely tight passageways, severely blocked views of the ocean. But the problem is less with the property itself and more with the owners/managers. They communicate badly in writing and verbally, and they create and belabor petty non-issues, while ignoring their responsibility in under-delivering. 1) On at least three occasions, the owner wrote "Please do (XYZ) " when she meant to use "not". 2) The lease stated that "the property is furnished and does include bed linens and bath towels..." It did not, and it cost me a day shopping for linens and towels...to add insult, owners demanded that the non-existent linens and towels be placed in a special laundry basket at checkout, until I reminded them that they did not furnish the linens or bath towels (which they confirmed). 3) The owner emailed me a message and lease attachment...the body of her email said, "We do provide beach towels, beach chairs or beach equipment." But they provided none of these...a little bait and switch, perhaps, or her frequent tendency to forget to include "not"; confusing. 4) Upon realizing I needed to bring a 3rd car, I asked if she could recommend an alternative parking location (garage, lot, etc.), even if it came with a cost. She made a recommendation, but her husband, upon letting me in, volunteered that a 3rd car might be okay if it didn't cross a line in the driveway...I mentioned that a 3rd would definitely cross that line and that I'll find a different place. No problem so far. But then the wife blasts me with texts "Please do park a 3rd car at our home... (notice her omittied "not" again?!)...it will cause an issue...Anthony was taken aback by your response [to] inquire again about parking a 3rd car." Somehow, either Anthony mischaracterized the conversation, or she was on the warpath. Regardless, I NEVER inquired...Anthony volunteered and I still declined. 5) Owners requested that I let them know when I get on the road, which I did. I gave an ETA, as well. While I was driving, and unable to see subsequent texts, owners then asked that I let them know when I'm 30 minutes away. I obviously did not see this until I was at a stop light 20 minutes away, at which point I let them know. Both owners are condescending hot heads, wasted time lecturing me about the 10-minute difference. I finally had to ask her to stop the unwarranted abrasive texts. Mind you, no compensation was offered for these inconsistencies or conduct.

Well....There is always a Rotten Egg during Mr. Janet was problematic from the start! We should have declined his request for a reservation as this was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! He was unresponsive stating he was swamped and couldn't respond to simple guest names and ages for our lease. Our listing specifically states we only allow two cars and also reminded Mr. Janet of this many times prior to his arrival. Mr. Janet emailed me a few hours of his arrival to ask if he can park a third car as his guests didn't bring him their luggage to pack in a timely manner. Upon arrival he stated to me that he didn't know if the parking limitation was a "real issue". Mr. Janet was totally disrespectful to my wife and has a very condescending manner of communicating and seems to have an issue with women in general. In response to his complaints about our lease perhaps not waiting until the 11th hour to review it as we are always happy to clarify any questions and/or discrepancies that may arise. Mr. Janet should reflect on his communication skills and treat everyone with respect that includes women! We have Fantastic Reviews that depict how we treat our guests!

Great stay close to beach

Property was great and proximity to beach was perfect! We stayed with our in laws and two kids, 3 and 4 months. There is a small fenced in backyard with a hose, great for kids to play when not at the beach. Rooms were spacious for pack and plays. Minutes to beach almost like you were beach front which is great if you need to go back and forth. Parking for two cars and walkable to tons of restaurants and shops!

Memories that will last a lifetime because of this special place.

Owners were always quick to respond and welcomed us to the property. We started our journey with them by a gift they gave us and a story, truly amazing. I would share the gift and story but it may ruin a surprise. The house was amazing so close to the beach with beach views and incredible breeze. The beds slept so good and the property was so clean and very comfortable. Walkable to some great resturants and shopping. Next time we go back we hope this place is available. My kids are still talking about how great it was and they saw lots of baby birds on the tree by the porch that could not yet fly. Bottom line....very clean, comfortable feeling like home, beautiful place , great location and great owners.

Loved it!

My wife and I are grandparents and reserved the property for a family vacation with our daughter, son-in-law, and two young grandsons. The three bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The living, dining, and kitchen areas were ample and updated and our three shaded porches were where we spent most of our time. Off-street parking underneath the property was terrific and the location was within a one-minute walk to the beach (and five minutes to an ice cream shop). This was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. We didn’t want to leave!
