Premier local manager, Destination Paradise welcomes you to “Gulfside Sunset-A”… a stunning oceanfront home with insane 360º views of the Gulf of America, downtown Sarasota, the tip of Anna Maria Island, and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge in St Petersburg/Tampa! This 4-level home sleeps up to 10 per side! You can rent #A or B with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms each, as well as a sofa bed in the living room and murphy bed in the pool house, or BOTH SIDES for a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 10 beds!! “Gulfside Sunset” is located right on Bradenton Beach and is just minutes from Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island.

As soon as you arrive at this amazing island home, your first thought will be “How can I get to the top floor to take in the gorgeous ocean and island views”. The rooftop features plush turf, with a 2 hole putting green as well as a hot tub and plenty of seating for taking in that salty ocean breeze. Take the elevator or the outside stairway down to the main living floor and patio area and you’ll immediately be greeted with those cozy island vibes. Walk from the living and dining room area, through the galley style kitchen, and end up back in one of the three master bedroom/bathrooms. In the hallway outside of that bedroom, you can take the elevator or the stairs down to the first floor bedrooms, which both have ensuite bathrooms. There is also a washer and dryer on this floor.

Right across the street is multiple beach access points for getting to Bradenton Beach. Grab a boogie board or towel and beach chair and experience all that Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island have to offer. Make a coffee or pour yourself a glass of wine and take in the out-of-this-world sunsets that the West coast of Florida is famous for! After diving in the salty surf, this home has a private outdoor shower for rinsing the sand off. The sparkling swimming pool and grill is located right in front of the home!

Adjacent to the pool and grill is the “pool house”, equipped with its own AC unit, a murphy bed, sofa and TV for taking a break from the sun, taking a midday nap or giving those teenagers a place all to themselves! The access to the pool house is separate from the main home with doors leading to the back parking area and the front pool area.

NOTE: Side A and B are split. There are 2 individual pools as well as a divider between the pool and roof top area for privacy. If you rent the entire home (A and B) you can remove these dividers but the living quarters are still separate.

The spa is manually operated. Once turned on it can be set to your desired temperature, below 104º

PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

A SIGNED DESTINATION PARADISE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS.

GET TO KNOW THE AREA!

Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down Coquina or Bradenton Beach to find shark’s teeth, sand dollars, and an assortment of other sea shells. Head to the North side of Anna Maria Island to check out Bean Point; a secluded beach with soft white sand.

Visit one of the centerpieces of Anna Maria Island, the AMI City Pier where there is great fishing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Take a stroll down the Coquina Baywalk and Leffis Key to find a small nature walk with peaceful walking trails.

Take the provided bicycles all around the island and search for the 6 beaches that AMI has to offer (can you find them all?); Coquina Beach, Manatee Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Cortez Beach and Anna Maria Beach (with Bean Point being part of that).
