Great property! We unfortunately ran into some cold weather and were able to still have a fun trip by using the pool and the hot tub, which were typically empty and very clean. The location was great and I loved being in a gated complex! Unfortunately, we did encounter a few issues during our stay which led me to give it 4 stars rather than 5. Upon arriving 30 minutes after check in time. The cleaning staff was parked in the garage and was still cleaning the property. Because of this, we had to sit in the car with our luggage, blocking other garages (it was the only place to sit and wait) for another 30 minutes, not having access until almost an hour after check in time. The floors weren't fully cleaned, leaving our socks black on the bottom. Most of the bath towels were also sitting in a basket by the washer (dirty) so a lot of us had to share towels until we cleaned them ourselves. It was a short trip for us so these things had more of an impact than they would if we were staying longer. I would stay here again for sure!
