Make yourself at home on our private beach on Sebago Lake and in this charming 1-bedroom retreat. This delightful cottage features a living room/kitchen/dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep and a 6'x16' screened porch.

2-night minimum stay during May, June, September and October.

RENTALS DURING JULY AND AUGUST MUST END ON OR BEFORE SATURDAY MORNING. DURING JULY AND AUGUST MOST OF OUR RENTALS ARE WEEKLY, RUNNING FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

Pets are welcome.

With free Wi-Fi, guests can stay connected during their stay.

What an adorable little place! If you’re looking for an authentic rustic Maine coastal cabin experience you found it! The store across the street is an experience all in itself! We had a great stay and would absolutely love to return!

Had a good view of the lake, bed very comfortable, very good location for visiting our son and his family. Owners very attentive to our needs.

Cabin is just what we wanted. Rustic. It brought us back to our childhood memories of cabins on a lake. Nice beach across road (look both ways before crossing). Owner was very welcoming upon arrival. We lucked out with warm October weather. Cabin might have been chilly with normal fall temps.

The interaction with who ever gave me the key to the cabin was extremely awkward, unfriendly, and uncomfortable. Not to mention the strong odor of cigarette smoke that was coming from the “check-in office”. It’s was not welcoming at all.Also don’t book this if you plan on getting any sleep.. they other family’s on the property had a roaring fire right out side the cottage till 2am and then they all left to go to bed.. then this fire was completely unattended.. still raging at 2am unattended.. very unsafe in my opinion. The cottage it self was clean and served its purpose. However I did not feel comfortable there with what I have previously described. Quite disappointing.

I'm sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. Thank you for saying the cottage was clean and served its purpose. The person that checked you in was not accustomed to doing that. My brother and I weren't available when you arrived. Also, unfortunately, your neighbors were a large wedding group. I guess they brought the party back to the fire pit. If I had heard the noise, I would have asked them to quiet down after 11pm.
