Bedrooms: The main house boasts a spacious master suite complete with a king-sized bed, a generous walk-in closet, and an opulent ensuite bathroom featuring a shower/tub with a built-in steamer, customizable shower heads, mood lighting, and integrated music for a spa-like experience.

The two additional bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, one of which includes an adjustable mattress that inclines and declines to suit personal comfort. The other queen bedroom has an ensuite for added privacy.

Living Areas:The open-plan design enhances the flow between spaces, featuring two distinct living rooms. The larger living room includes a comfortable couch with built-in recliners, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The second living room offers a cozy pull-out couch, ideal for extra guests. Each living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and every bedroom also features its own TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax.

Kitchen & Dining: The gourmet kitchen is equipped with sleek stainless-steel appliances, a spacious pantry for ample storage, and a large buffet counter that seats four. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table that comfortably accommodates four guests, perfect for enjoying meals together. Additional

Walk through the glass doors at the rear of the house to a covered indoor-outdoor lounge area perfect for laid-back afternoons. The centerpiece of this outdoor paradise is the sparkling pool with a cascading waterfall, surrounded by lounge chairs that invite sun-soaked relaxation. For dining al fresco, a separate grilling station and a dining table for six are set under a charming gazebo, providing a perfect spot for evening meals.

This is a private home so all parts of the home, yard and pool area are accessible. We a messaging app as well as text messages to interact with our guests.

We typically send your contactless entry instructions on the day of check-in. Depending on when you book, prior messages and texts will outline these and additional instructions clearly. The home has a lockbox with a house key for convenience

Guest Access - Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive an access code prior to arrival.

*Rental Must be for a MINIMUM of 28 Days.

*Sunset Vacation and Management homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only.

E-Bikes & E-Scooters: For fire and safety reasons, charging e-bikes, e-scooters, or other large lithium-ion batteries is not permitted inside the home or on porches, decks, or other areas attached to the home. Guests must make alternate charging arrangements.

*Cooler Rentals Available

For your convenience, we are happy to offer cooler rentals for the duration of your stay for a flat fee of $50. Available options include large insulated coolers in approximately 70-quart capacity (40” x 18”) and 60-quart capacity (24” x 17”), as well as a rolling insulated cooler for easy transport. We also have a round YETI-style bucket cooler with an approximate 45-quart capacity.

Complimentary drop-off and pick-up service is included, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience during your stay.
