Quiet Hours are from 10 pm - 8 a.m.. During this time please be courteous of guests in the downstairs space. Avoid playing music or other loud activities.

Clean up any spills or messes that are made. There are cleaning supplies in the cabinet in the kitchen.


PARKING LOCATIONS:
This unit has 1 parking spot on the driveway in the alley located next to the garage. Cars may also be parked on the street in front of the house.

ENTRY KEYPAD:
An access code will be sent to you. Press any key to wake the keypad and press the numbers that are illuminated. Enter your code you were given and you should hear the door unlock.

CLEANING SUPPLIES:
There is a vacuum, broom, dust pan, and mop provided. You may also check the shared laundry room in the basement.

TRASH
Full trash bags can be placed in the trash container.

KITCHEN/BATHROOM/LAUNDRY SUPPLIES:
A starter amount of hand soap, body soap, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc is available in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry space. For longer stays, guests will need to purchase their own to last throughout their stay.

BEDDING
Extra sets of bedding are found in each room's closet.

OPEN FLAME
No candles or other open flames are NOT permitted to be used on the property.
