This multi-level townhome is packed full of charm on every level. Located in Southern Sioux Falls, you are in a prime location with easy to access to all that Sioux Falls has to offer. All while staying in a quiet neighborhood.

The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need. Lots of pots and pans, handheld mixer, crock pot, toaster, coffee pot and blender.

This was a perfect place for our weekend get away to visit our son! Very clean and very nicely decorated! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple meals and convenient location to nice restuarants when we went out to eat! Nice neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

This place is absolutely adorable! Tastefully decorated, relaxing and comfort was definitely taken into consideration when designs were chosen. We enjoyed ourselves very much and had plenty of room to have peace and privacy, but lots of shared spaces as well.

Beautiful Place to Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The townhome was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for us to enjoy ourselves while relaxing at the end of the day. We felt at home while visiting Sioux Falls and you will too if you stay here!

Quiet and convenient

This property was perfect for our whole family. I liked the three levels. My daughter and family had the lower level which gave them their own private space. This was a nice quiet and convenient location. Very happy with the stay.

We loved it!

Our host was wonderful and the rental looked exactly as pictured. There were six of us from our family who met up for a family event and it worked perfectly for us. We are big board game fans so the kitchen table was where we spent most of our time. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This was a very convenient location in Sioux Falls to restaurants, bars, gyms etc. A few concerns, first the Pros:Nice space for families/friends to gather for reunion, parties, sports etc. Nice open layout on main floor including the kitchen, dining area and family room. 3 separate TV's 3 full bathroomsCleanComfortable furniture, but showing wear in the basement areaPlenty of dishes and glassware, plenty of pots but these required handwash only We were able to use the garage that comes with the town home which was great since temps were very cold during our visit. Washer and dryer very nice to have with our extended stay visit.ConsThis is a split floor design and for some all the stairs might be a problem (not for us however)The rugs, especially the big one on main floor needs cleaning. It's also a trip hazard in one corner that wont lay flatThe comforters on two of the beds cant be unzipped and cleaned and had odors of previous guests. This also included the blankets provided for TV viewing. The beds had super soft mattress'sNo a problem for us, but the next door neighbors had dogs that would occasionally bark, maybe more of a problem in summer with windows openFloors not completely clean, found remains of Christmas decorations there. Otherwise the townhome was very clean 1500 deposit, refundable, but seems excessive so we photoed the inside of townhome to document previous damage, also took 3 weeks for refund.

Thanks for the review and the constructive feedback. We will be looking into the items you noted. As I noted, we as hosts do not have control over the refundable deposit process. I looked into ways to do that quicker and VRBO does not give us the ability to do so. Thanks again for staying.

Worn

No instructions on how to work digital door lock. I knew code but that’s all. Simple instructions would have been nice. No phone number, until we got inside. Had to email back and forth ( having codes sent to email and then proving it on VRBO website.took 30 minutes of frustration till someone called me,to let me in. They had my number but not owners ? ? (Really) Stayed here two years ago , everything worn since then. Carpets, bath mats, dining table. Knew what we were getting, but too many stairs for us now.( my bad) nice place but showing wear, more for younger families.

Paul, we appreciate the feedback. I am not sure why my contact information was not visible as I have had others contact me via phone in the past. I am looking into that and will be sure to fix that issue if that is the case. We have not had anyone comment that the property is "worn" but nonetheless valuable to hear and gives us some things to consider as far as upgrades are concerned. Take care.

Great property for family visit

This townhome was perfect for us to have some extra room we wouldn’t get if we stayed at a hotel as we usually do when we visit our parents for the holidays. Plenty of sleeping space and plenty of bathrooms, very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive, we appreciated the quick responses and attention to detail. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Sioux Falls!
