You will have this 2 bed 1 bath home all to yourself. Private back yard to spend around the fire or grill. Conveniently located right across from Avera Mckennan and minutes from everything Sioux Falls has to offer.

This house can host up to 5 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed as well as an air mattress available to meet your sleeping needs.

Cozy little house. We didn’t spend much time here. Beds were fairly comfortable. On a busy street and would be great if the neighbor would trim the bush by the street for easier visibility. Overall, it was reasonably priced and easy to get to.

Perfect place for a weekend stay

We really liked this little house. It had everything we needed for a short stay in Sioux Falls. It's located close to restaurants and shopping. And only a few minutes from Sioux Falls wonderful downtown area. Probably, the most important feature for us was the fenced-in backyard. We would definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Stay on South Cliff

Clean, responsive owners, well stocked and supplied. Concerns-window locks broken, directly below Life flight from hospital. Low flying Helo's once or twice a day/night. We enjoyed the stay and would return.

Holiday gem

We were in town visiting family over the Thanksgiving holiday, and this was just the perfect little house. Everything we could have asked for, and the fenced backyard was spacious and private. Ten-minute walk to McKennan Park which was already decorated for Christmas, and an easy drive into downtown. Excellent hosts, thoughtful and responsive.This little cottage was just one more thing to be thankful for!

Very clean

I was surprised how amazingly clean this house was. The backyard grass and chairs could use a little work but maybe it’s just the time of year we stayed. The fence had a few places where rabbits had come under the fence and I was a bit concerned our small dog might dig under the fence but all turned out fine. The house was well supplied with everything we needed for our stay.

Very welcoming.

Home and yard are very clean and welcoming. Lots of nice touches - coffee, sharp knives and very nice cookware. Bed was comfortable. Since we traveled for two “dress up” occasions I would have appreciated a full length mirror, but that’s a very small thing to miss. We greatly appreciated being able to our dog along. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much

Unwind

After i a had surgery we just wanted to get away for a few days, the owners gave us places to see and eat and we very helpful. The house is nice for couples and the house is extremely quiet and close to everything. The fenced in yard was great for our dachshund. Thanks Nathan and Mellissa for a great stay! We will be back.

PERFECT

This house was so adorable. The owners are so sweet. They left us a little treat basket upon check in, stoked coffee, their numbers, everything and more for a great stay. The house was spotless. They even have little toys for the kids to play with and games. They have plenty of sleeping options and a big fenced in back yard with a fire pit. They even left one piece of wood and sticks so we could roast marshmallows. We love SF and will never stay anywhere else when we are in town.

Cleanest VRBO ever!

This cottage was impeccably clean and tidy. By far this has to be the cleanest VRBO we have ever rented! Walking around barefoot or with socks and not a speck of dirt on our feet the whole time. It was in a great location with easy access to downtown, the mall and the zoo. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a getaway in Sioux Falls. Thanks Nate, you were a perfect host!

Cottage on Cliff

Very nice and clean home. Everything we needed was there, beautiful fenced in back yard,. Great that pets are allowed so our dog could go on vacation too! Easy to find and close to everything we wanted to see in Great Falls!
