We stayed for just one night because we were attending a wedding nearby. The property was clean and well maintained. The layout was great with the primary bedroom and bathroom a nice size for the girls to get ready. Proximity to Old Towne Wedding venue was nice too.

If you need a great place to stay in Kyle Texas, this is it! Spacious living area, clean, games and items for littles and everything we needed. It was truly our home away from home. My granddaughter enjoyed watching the chickens across the street. Easy process and our host was friendly and very responsive. Target and other shops close by and easy to access. We had some great BBQ especially at Bloodworth which was within walking distance with a cute park across the street. We would most definitely come back here and would love to do more exploring of Kyle and the surrounding areas. Thank you to our host and to the amazing Texas hospitality we experienced during our stay!

Didnt know how to do 4.8..Host is great property perfect for needs. However, came for a wedding and thought there was iron and ironing board...no ironing board. Kitchen nice but the pans are terrible and need to be replaced

Inside the home is nice & roomy. The location of the home is not exactly what I was expecting. The yard was not mowed and there was bird poop all on the front porch. I just felt like if it were my property and I had people staying I would’ve cleaned up the yard & porch better. The inside is nice but the floor hadn’t been mopped. The a/c is very good and the water pressure for showers are great!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The only negative thing was that the master bedroom & bathroom and laundry room smelled like gas; thinking garage smell penetrated through. It met our needs very well!

Convenient to Cute town of Kyle and Old Town Wedding Venue

We enjoyed our stay for a long weekend, family wedding event. The property is in walking distance of the town square and only a couple of miles from the wedding venue we needed to get to. The owners were so nice and responsive. We definitely recommend.

This home is one of the nicer rentals I've been in. Jules has added so many thoughtful touches and the kitchen was so well stocked. We loved the artsy pottery! Beds are super comfortable and the location is so convenient. The front porch is deep, and you're not looking straight at a house. I have family in Kyle, so I'm hoping to stay here again!

Nice house in Kyle

The house itself was new, clean and comfortable. It is near the highway and train tracks which can be heard from the bedrooms. A few of the provided cookware was old and rusted or not fully cleaned. If you turn on the higher shower head in the master bathroom and turn it off to use the lower shower head, the upper head will drip cold water on you the entire time. For the price we paid and the nice condition of the overall property, we would stay there again in the future. Be sure to bring all needed charging bricks for your electronics since there are no usb charging outlets that we could locate anywhere. Jules was very good at communicating with us about our stay and offered to answer any questions.
