Vous n'avez jamais fait l'expérience d'un Texas Sunrise avant de l'avoir vu depuis le pont de la maison sur Cox Hill. Ce joyau Texas Hill Country est situé sur 6 hectares isolés à quelques minutes de San Marcos et Texas State University. Invitez votre famille et vos amis à vous rejoindre dans cette propriété unique nichée dans des chênes imposants avec une terrasse de taille Texas qui offre certaines des meilleures vues sur les collines de l'État. Construit pour divertir les grandes foules, la maison dispose de 4 chambres avec 3 lits king size et 1 lit queen. En outre, il y a 2 canapés gigognes qui offrent beaucoup d'espace de couchage pour votre famille et vos amis. Sont également inclus sont 3 salles de bain complètes, salle familiale avec cheminée massive, den / étude, cuisine avec coin repas et salle à manger formelle et beaucoup de stationnement pour tous. L'eau fournie à la maison provient d'un puits filtré de l'aquifère d'Edward.

Apportez votre appareil photo pour capturer les souvenirs de votre famille et de vos amis à côté du vaisseau spatial extraterrestre (une attraction populaire dans le journal de San Marcos!) ou simplement profiter du cadre serein de la terrasse expansive surplombant le pays de la colline. Et n'oubliez pas quelques-unes des attractions locales à quelques minutes, y compris:

- Le centre-ville de San Marcos et la rivière San Marcos (un toboggan amusant et rapide pour les petits!) 4. 5 miles
- New Braunfels est à seulement 30 minutes tout comme Gruene - la maison de l'un des plus célèbres dancings du Texas et de bons restaurants et magasins
- Le célèbre centre commercial San Marcos Outlet est à 15 minutes en voiture
- Austin est à 30 miles au nord et juste un rapide voyage jusqu'à I35
- Le circuit du circuit des Amériques est à seulement 30 miles au nord-est

Nous trouvons la plupart des gens se rendre à la maison accueillante dans son cadre tranquille et veulent juste rester à la maison et profiter de faire des souvenirs avec la famille et les amis dans l'ambiance de la maison sur Cox Hill. Nous n'avons pas beaucoup de règles mais voici les incontournables: Doit avoir au moins 25 ans à louer. Ne doit pas avoir plus de 16 invités à tout moment. Ne doit pas fumer dans la maison. Doit passer un bon moment et appelez-nous si nous pouvons faire quelque chose pour rendre votre séjour mémorable et confortable.

Great house with of bedrooms for 4 couples. Close to wedding venue for our family to enjoy the wedding and have a relaxing home to stay. Enjoyed the sunrise from the porch and outdoor propane fire pit!

Kitchen was fully equipped, it was nice having 2 refrigerators & freezers. We used one for drinks & ice & the other for food. Loved the huge patio and spent most of our time outside since the weather was so nice.

We have rented Scott and family's ranch home probably about 6 times now and they have been consistently friendly, helpful, they leave you to your sovereignty unless you contact them for something and if so, respond super fast. They just seem like salt of the earth nice, friendly people. The home and property is peaceful, spacious, and has been very accommodating / perfect for our small yoga retreats where we have both fly-ins and locals joining us. The property manager who is ONLY helpful and nice/kind as well is entirely non-invasive! She is actually a big help sometimes with deliveries and advice about the area. Everyone that has ever come to our small / clean and green peaceful events has always loved the place as well so now you have about 30 great reviews behind mine! I have really appreciated having the consistency of this rental and the accommodating nature of these warm folks consistent as well! Higly recommended!

Scott's home was the perfect place for our yoga/cleanse retreat! We had a huge patio overlooking trees, trees, trees of Texas Hill Country (no houses), lot of room and space both outside and inside the home. Big kitchen with two dining areas and an island. The master bedrooms w/ private bath were perfect. The home also has a great "vibe".. simply peaceful and serene. The trees that are scattered throughout the property do wonderful things to the sunlight. And Scott himself is a great host. He responds quickly, and is obviously interested in his guests having a great vacation! The place was well stocked with everything we needed as well!

Came to visit our TXST freshman. Close proximity to campus, yet still out in the country feel. Great back deck for conversation. Well stocked kitchen. Such cool metal art all round the property.

This place is absolutely beautiful. From the spacious layout of the house to the amazing sunrise, there is nothing but comfort in this place. We had a group of nine friends from our Renaissance festival clan who came together for the last weekend river float of the season. There was plenty of room for everyone! The surprise in one room’s closets was probably the most unexpected and fun detail of this house. The hosts were super easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for an easier process. We are already talking about coming back for next years floats!

Excellent Gathering

Property is really comfortable with vast space and good equipment in kitchen and outdoor deck. Furniture is something dated but works with the country state style. Parking space needs improvements and asphalt entrance can be improved. Place is very good for groups of family and friends and not far from San Marcos. We had a good experience and will return in a near future.

Charming!

Cox Hill House was cozy, clean, spacious and relaxing! We came to visit my daughter and brought our dog too! All the rooms were big including the living room where we enjoyed visiting and watching a movie. I love that there were two tables- one which we ate at and the other played a game. My favorite part was sitting on the hanging swing with my daughter while the dog trotted around freely. Memories were made!

We have rented this nest for nature lovers for the past three months for a monthly yoga / health / cleanse retreat we do - that is how much we love it there and how kind and accommodating the folks are the manage the property. It's old Texas style - make sure your guests and comfortable and cared for and then leave them alone to enjoy themselves. They are also very prompt in taking care of everything and anything special request or assistance with anything. They simply show that they care about your experience there :) But you know the difference in the feeling of being "managed" and "welcomed" - they truly make you feel welcomed! Like they actually want you to enjoy yourself and the property! Simply kind and accommodating. The property itself is the best I have rented for my small group retreats and the amply house accommodates the 5 or 6 that join us. Two master bathrooms is a big hit, two dining areas, a fireplace, a cozy - country feeling and trees for as far as the eyes can see!We really appreciate this place and Scott who manages it - always making us feel carried and cared for... it is perfect a property and home for our group in all ways. Very nice and spacious house. Needs cleaning and some updates; (kitchen pots and pans need replacement; closet areas need more organizing and housekeeping; some furniture needs dusting).
