Ce joyau Texas Hill Country est situĂ© sur 6 hectares isolĂ©s Ă  quelques minutes de San Marcos et Texas State University. Invitez votre famille et vos amis Ă  vous rejoindre dans cette propriĂ©tĂ© unique nichĂ©e dans des chĂȘnes imposants avec une terrasse de taille Texas qui offre certaines des meilleures vues sur les collines de l'État. Construit pour divertir les grandes foules, la maison dispose de 4 chambres avec 3 lits king size et 1 lit queen. En outre, il y a 2 canapĂ©s gigognes qui offrent beaucoup d'espace de couchage pour votre famille et vos amis. Sont Ă©galement inclus sont 3 salles de bain complĂštes, salle familiale avec cheminĂ©e massive, den / Ă©tude, cuisine avec coin repas et salle Ă  manger formelle et beaucoup de stationnement pour tous. L'eau fournie Ă  la maison provient d'un puits filtrĂ© de l'aquifĂšre d'Edward.

Nous trouvons la plupart des gens se rendre à la maison accueillante dans son cadre tranquille et veulent juste rester à la maison et profiter de faire des souvenirs avec la famille et les amis dans l'ambiance de la maison sur Cox Hill. Nous n'avons pas beaucoup de rÚgles mais voici les incontournables: Doit avoir au moins 25 ans à louer. Ne doit pas avoir plus de 16 invités à tout moment. Ne doit pas fumer dans la maison. Doit passer un bon moment et appelez-nous si nous pouvons faire quelque chose pour rendre votre séjour mémorable et confortable.

We have rented this nest for nature lovers for the past three months for a monthly yoga / health / cleanse retreat we do - that is how much we love it there and how kind and accommodating the folks are the manage the property. It's old Texas style - make sure your guests and comfortable and cared for and then leave them alone to enjoy themselves. They are also very prompt in taking care of everything and anything special request or assistance with anything. They simply show that they care about your experience there :) But you know the difference in the feeling of being "managed" and "welcomed" - they truly make you feel welcomed! Like they actually want you to enjoy yourself and the property! Simply kind and accommodating. The property itself is the best I have rented for my small group retreats and the amply house accommodates the 5 or 6 that join us. Two master bathrooms is a big hit, two dining areas, a fireplace, a cozy - country feeling and trees for as far as the eyes can see!We really appreciate this place and Scott who manages it - always making us feel carried and cared for... it is perfect a property and home for our group in all ways. This place is absolutely beautiful. From the spacious layout of the house to the amazing sunrise, there is nothing but comfort in this place. We had a group of nine friends from our Renaissance festival clan who came together for the last weekend river float of the season. There was plenty of room for everyone! The surprise in one room’s closets was probably the most unexpected and fun detail of this house. The hosts were super easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for an easier process. We are already talking about coming back for next years floats!

Great retreat to reconnect with our son

Came to visit our TXST freshman. Close proximity to campus, yet still out in the country feel. Great back deck for conversation. Well stocked kitchen. Such cool metal art all round the property.

Charming!

Cox Hill House was cozy, clean, spacious and relaxing! We came to visit my daughter and brought our dog too! All the rooms were big including the living room where we enjoyed visiting and watching a movie. I love that there were two tables- one which we ate at and the other played a game. My favorite part was sitting on the hanging swing with my daughter while the dog trotted around freely. Memories were made!

Excellent Gathering

Property is really comfortable with vast space and good equipment in kitchen and outdoor deck. Furniture is something dated but works with the country state style. Parking space needs improvements and asphalt entrance can be improved. Place is very good for groups of family and friends and not far from San Marcos. We had a good experience and will return in a near future.

Vintage!

You step in the home and you are stepping into your grandma's house! It's a beautiful home that has aged well. There are other homes on the property, but still very private. They have the home week stocked and there is plenty of space for at least 12. Very convenient to San Marcos, University, stores and restaurants.

Unfortunately, time did not permit us to utilize the decks properly. Wonderful seating areas to have a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Not a five-star hotel but it’s a great place for a large group at an exceptional price..

Relaxing Retreat

The experience at The House on Cox Hill was absolutely Awesome and Memorable! We chose this house for the Views, Seclusion, and for amount of space it provides. From the moment of confirmation of booking, the hosts were amazing; they answered all my questions in a timely manner and was able to change dates so that we could be there early! House is absolutely Beautiful, with plenty of room. You walk in and feel at home, and the balcony with view is amazing. We are all ready making plans for the next retreat and will be staying at the House on Cox Hill ❀

Grad celebration

It was well stocked with paper goods, kitchen tools/pans. blankets and pillows.. The DECKS were amazing and we spent lots of time out there! One toilet clogged very easily but we were able to handle it thanks to the plunger. the bathtub is cool. the grounds are pretty and very convenient to TXST. Carpet in hallway and bedrooms was kinda gross, but overall it was a great experience!
