This unit has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. The beds are comfortable and clean. The entire unit is beautifully decorated with many little details added for comfort. This was a girls trip for me and we all agreed that we love this place better than anywhere we have stayed. Highly recommend for a wonderful vacation.

Fantastic

This is our favorite condo on 30A! It's is absolutely stunning and nicely laid out. It has been updated completely and the design thought through to perfection. The beds are super comfy, with the softest bedding. Although this is 1st floor, the view of the ocean is still visible. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need. We don't have one bad thing to say about this beautiful place!

This little hidden gem is beautifully decorated in the heart of Seaside! The people at Concierge Cottage were absolutely amazing to work with! The beds were very comfortable, and the AC definitely worked which was nice after long hot days on the beach! We really loved it here! The only thing I would change is the amount of people from other complex’s and houses on the beach! I am not typically a “private” beach supporter but it seemed like the eay access to the beach brought a larger crowd then should have been out there! We will definitely stay in this sweet little condo again!

Perfect week long getaway for my family

This condo was perfect and was very well appointed. Excellent location with the best ocean view and access to the beach! Such a beautifully decorated condo and stocked with all the necessities for making it feel like home away from home. Appreciated that there was a coffee pot and keurig with filters, coffee and sugar available!!! Thank you!!!All appliances and fixtures were new and in perfect working order! This was a nice spacious condo for the four of us and we loved our time here. Communication in reserving our vacation was also fantastic!!!

The condo itself was set up great and was adorable. My only complaint is whatever was used to clean the floors was awful and left the floor sticky with an awful residue and the bottom of our feet were black. I can attach pictures upon request to show. I bought a swiffer to go behind the cleaning staff and the floors became much cleaner without residue and stickiness. Everything else was clean and everything was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Perfect For a Family Vacation!

The condo was perfect for our family. We had a total of (5) people and (3) of those were teens. The room with the bunk beds was perfect for them. The location of the condo was perfect! You're only a 3–5-minute drive from Seaside and 10-15 from pretty much anywhere you would need or want to go. Theres a gas station in walking distance, which came in handy, and a handful of restaurants as well. We have always travelled to PCB and the best part about this location is the private beach access. There may have been 40-50 people in our stretch of beach each day. You're not on top of anyone and that made our beach days (everyday) perfect! Also, I highly recommend this specific condo because of the location on the property. We literally took (15) steps out of the back door and you're at the steps leading to the beach. Overall, this condo was PERFECT for us!

Great location!

The day we arrived, the floors were very dirty (not necessarily when you looked at them, but after walking for 10 min around the condo we had Walmart feet). Lisa, the property manager, was very quick in responding and so helpful! A team came out the next day at a convenient time for our family and they swept, mopped, and made sure the floors were spotless. That made a huge difference for us, especially as we have a child who is everywhere. The location was perfect for us as we could walk right out the back porch and be down to the beach in a minute. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the porch. It was also very convenient for child nap times as one parent could be at the beach and the other in the room and then swap easily. The layout was great with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The second bedroom was able to accommodate a pack and play, which was perfect for us. The owner had all the essentials you needing for cooking, cleaning, etc. There were even some ziplock bags for guest as a nice surprise. It was all around a great trip and we would definitely stay there again!
