Charming Garten Haus 1-bedroom guest house in wonderful Sierra Vista with WIFI

Located in Sierra Vista, Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our Garten Haus has a huge Garage door to allow the outside in whenever you’d like. Open it to experience the sunrise each day right inside your living room.

1 bedroom with a queen size Tempur-pedic bed, a living room with an overstuffed comfy couch and 1 fold away cot. 1 bathroom with a walk in shower, a kitchenette with mini fridge (no freezer), cook top, Nespresso maker, microwave and fully stocked Kitchen. Enjoy Netflix, WiFi, BBQ, Firepit! The additional living room space includes a comfy twin bed for extra guests. With AC, heating, WiFi, and a hair dryer provided, guests will have everything they need for a relaxing stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
The Garten Haus is a special guest house within a secluded residential area. (Less than a mile to convince store) Its front door is a huge garage to allow the outside in if you wish, or keep it closed for a cozy cottage feel.
The garage has windows and offers beautiful natural light in. There are also two windows in the guest house (one in the bathroom,another in the dining area) both do face out to the owners yard but you can just pull the blackout shade for added privacy.
You’ll find a rain shower experience in your bathroom with your own how water heater and teak bench for endless hot water for a long shower after a day of exploring.
There are extra linens and pillows in the chest in the living room.

We are continually making updates and improvements on this property. (Come 2026 we hope to offer an outdoor sauna and hot tub under the stars! )

We have chickens and a rooster (many guests have said they never have heard him in the bedroom (dark sound proof room) and it’s not a problem and enjoy the sounds of nature when you are In the garden).
We also have a live stock guardian dog named Bella, very friendly and will let you know if predators are near by. You may see her roaming the garden occasionally or sleeping by the fence. Her bark can be alarming but settles down quickly and lives indoors the majority of the time.

You will receive 1 fresh laid egg per person per day ( see inside box outside your side door for daily delivery) and during summer and harvest season (June-Oct)you are welcome to pick flower bouquets and your own veggies from the homestead garden attached to your own back yard. (See garden table for further instructions and supplies)
Please note there is no freezer in the mini fridge and no stove or oven. This is a place to come and be pampered with plenty of dining options near by. We don’t want you to have to worry about cooking . But if you want to there is a Nuwave hot plate as well as a microwave and bbq.
We also offer add-ons:
“Fireside Charcuterie Board and bottle of wine for two” (must be requested by noon day of)

“ Breakfast in Bed for Two” ( must be requested by 5pm night before)

“ Fresh- n -Fold Laundry service”

We are located just 2 miles from Ramsey Canyon Nature Preserve (Humming Bird Capital of the nation) as well as 2 miles from Brown Canyon. We have hiking and biking trails as well as two mountain bikes available for use upon request.
Firewood is provided as well as propane for the bbq.
Owners are available upon request but otherwise will leave you to your adventure.

Please remember you are in the desert and we do have wildlife here.

You will need a car to get around.
Enough parking for large truck and RV (no hook up)
Private yard with fire pit. Outdoor dining area and bbq. And fenced in for one pet.

Access to shared garden if you wish to enter, please do so.

Guest home does have access to owners back yard but please do not enter.
