Great Home for Large Groups, Responsive Host

The house was in excellent condition and comfortably accommodated our entire party, which was quite large, without any issues. The layout and amenities were well suited for group stays, and everything was clean and well maintained upon arrival. The host was very communicative throughout our stay and attended to our requests promptly, which we truly appreciated. The only downside was the pool and jacuzzi heating. During our stay, we experienced several very cold nights (around 35°F–42°F). Unfortunately, the pool did not heat up as much as we expected, and on those colder nights the jacuzzi was only lukewarm. Even though it was set to 104°F, it did not go above approximately 82°F, which made it unusable during those evenings. Overall, it was a great stay and a solid choice for large groups—just something to be aware of if you plan to rely heavily on the pool or jacuzzi during colder weather.

Huge, spotless home with awesome game loft

Travelling with a big family, we needed space—and this 10-bed home in Windsor Island delivered. The house was huge and very clean, and the game loft with the arcade table was a smash hit with kids and adults. Communication was excellent: Lisa and Cailin answered every question promptly—nothing was ever too much. The goodies care package on arrival was such a thoughtful touch. We needed help with the upstairs TV and within 2 hours the property manager (Martha, we think) popped over—super friendly and helpful. Thanks for the late check-out. We absolutely loved this house and would book again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Stay at Windsor Island

We had such a brilliant holiday at this home in the brand-new Windsor Island resort. Check-in was so easy, and the management team were friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect—we could walk to all the resort facilities, and there was so much on offer. The kids loved the splash pad and lazy river, while the older ones enjoyed the sports courts and mini golf. We also made the most of the heated pool, tiki bar, and clubhouse—it felt like being in a luxury resort without even leaving the property. Walmart and Chick-fil-A were just a short distance away for quick meals and supplies, and I even treated myself to a manicure at Avalon Nails & Spa nearby. Amazing place. The home itself was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. Being so close to Disney made getting to the parks easy, but with so much to do on site, we sometimes didn't want to leave! We'll definitely be booking again.

Spacious Windsor Island Home with Outstanding Service

We had an amazing stay at this massive home in Windsor Island! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered all the space we could possibly need. The resort amenities were fantastic and made our trip even more enjoyable. Mahalo Magical Mansion is Absolutely Fabulous!

Mahalo Magical Mansion is Absolutely Fabulous! My family of 10 had the Best Time. The house is Beautiful, incredibly spacious, and well appointed. Each of the 10 bedrooms were roomy and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and ample closet/drawer space. Every bathroom had plenty of towels and really nice hand soap by each sink. The downstairs had a huge open plan with an enormous dining room table (16 chairs), breakfast bar (4 stools), a lovely living room surrounding a big screen television, and an incredibly well equipped kitchen that held every appliance, cooking/baking need, glassware, cup, plate, and utensil that anyone could possibly need. There was also a great gathering place upstairs complete with a sofa, television, pool table, and pac-man game. We paid to heat the pool/jacuzzi and enjoyed every moment on the patio complete with rows of lounge chairs and plenty of pool towels. Lisa and her team were Perfect hosts, accommodating and responsive to all our needs.

Can't wait to come back again

We have been going to Orlando every other year for the past 20 years. This has been by far the best house yet. Our whole family of 15 enjoyed their stay very much. From the beautiful spotless house to the crystal clean and warm spa and pool to the comfortable beds. Can't wait to come back again.

Everything from the house, starting with communication, to the house, the rooms, and of course the pool. We vacation in the Orlando area every other year for the last 20 years with our family of 15 and this was the best vacation house ever. We will be back.

A great visit with friends! A few things could be improved.

We were a group of 18 travelling together - 10 adults and 8 children (all aged 5 or under). The house itself was nice. Even with 18 people, we never felt like we were too crowded. The common areas were standard. The couches in the living room were a bit worn and knobby, but otherwise fine.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The biggest hiccup or pain point in the kitchen was the fridge. It’s small when you’re trying to feed so many people. I would recommend a second fridge or beverage fridge. Also, the ice maker was not good. There was rarely enough ice for our drinks.The outdoor area was great! We paid extra for the bbq and pool heating and are glad we did! The pool has a safety fence around it, but the house is also equipped with a pool alarm.The resort was nice. It was about a 10 minute walk from our house. The lazy river and kids pool were also great features but we felt the water in them to be very cold. We weren’t thrilled with the cleanliness of the property. The floors were completely dirty, so much so that our feet or socks were almost black within a few hours of being there. We informed the property manager and they sent a cleaner the next day to clean the floors again, but it was only marginally better. In addition to that, we found the floor around the pool, towels and showers weren’t spotless. We had some issues with the wifi for a couple days, which eventually got rectified, but it took a while.

A week in Paradise

The house is amazing. Roomy, inviting, clean, and comfortable. The week was enhanced by excellent weather to enjoy the outdoor enclosed pool area and the community activity areas. Would recommend to all especially large groups.
