Super cute, clean, and cozy house. Just down the road from UARK, so it made visiting with our 2 college students super easy.

Our family settled right into the cozy Vrbo. We loved how convenient the house was for visiting our daughter at UARK. Our four-legged friend, Vinny, especially enjoyed exploring the yard and taking walks. It felt like a home away from home, which made our stay extra special.

This house was the perfect place for our family during dorm move in for our daughter. It was out in the country, away from the busy campus. This house came as advertised and we enjoyed our stay very much. I would stay here again.

This house was absolutely PERFECT! Charming decor, with practical necessities. We were on town for graduation at University of Arkansas, and stayed here. Beautiful property and unexpected amenities - like a covered back patio with TV, and a fire pit. Large rooms, very comfortable beds and a lovely open kitchen/living room area that allowed loads of space for our family. HIGHLY recommend!

Comfortable stay

The property was comfortable and very clean with all the things you might need available. The location is quiet and a little off the beaten path, but it was only a 5-10 minute drive to restaurants and 15-20 minutes to the University of Arkansas campus. The host responded promptly and politely to all my questions. We would definitely book this again if we come back into town.

Communication with host was outstanding. Laura was responsive and extremely helpful, including ensuring a quick turnaround in preparing property was ready for us between our stay and a prior guest. We are very appreciative.Property satisfied our needs. It was nicely furnished and clean. While we did not use the outside patio, fire pit, or yard, we would likely do so in warmer weather, if we have the opportunity to stay at this property again.I am hopeful that this property will be available for future stays when we return to visit family. The location is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and the interstate. Walmart delivered twice during our stay.
