We were there for one night but Phoebe’s rental is perfect. Very clean, has everything you’ll need and in a beautiful serene neighborhood with privacy. She welcomed us on arrival and had a wonderful conversation when leaving the next morning. We wish we could’ve stayed longer but were meeting family. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Our host Phoebe was very attentive and made us aware that anything we needed she would help with. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything is there for your enjoyment. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Perfect space for a couple. Only got to stay for two nights, but will definitely stay again when returning to the area. The parking space is a little tight for two full sized vehicles, but we managed without any damage. lol.

I stayed with my pup on a business training trip. Host was amazing. The place was clean, really enjoyed the outdoor private yard. Very quiet rural area, but not far from the city of Alpharetta and lots of hiking trails in the area.

Property was pet friendly but I opted not to bring my dog. The fence and backyard area would be perfect for a pet!There is one parking spot which is convenient and easily accessible to the rental property. Our second car was parked on the street which is in a quiet neighborhood.

A place of respite and restoration

Phoebe’s place is amazing! There is such brilliance in the design of the space. If I were single and needed a place to stay and it was available I would live in this space! Everything about it gives the feel of intentional design, comfort, convenience, and beauty. One of my favorite VRBO stays! I would definitely stay again!

There was a little confusion re: the timing of my arrival, but everything worked out just fine. I wasn't aware of the gravel path to the entrance which caught me a little off-guard. The host was very accommodating and flexible to my needs re: my little dog who was with me. Would stay again.

Cozy and Clean

I loved this stay as it was very beautiful. This space is probably one of the cleanest I stay in and I’m a germaphobe lol. It could use some curtains on the front glass door for optimal privacy, but the yard was cozy and closed off so it kinda works. Overall this stay was very comfortable 10/10, I’d come again

Quiet and relaxing

The place was clean. Had many niceties such as coffee, filters, plenty of blankets and relaxing seating. It was in a culdasac and a very peaceful area. I can’t say enough nice things.
