The house was great! Lots of space; comfortable rooms; an adorable book at the front of the house; and a great we at location basically right next to the Vick and only five minutes walk to a bunch of other shops, restaurants.

Great place to stay

Location was perfect, walking distances to shops and restaurants;The house has everything you might need.The only thing more we would have enjoyed would have been a fenced in yard for the dogs.

It is definitely a Cozy Cottage. It was so clean, spacious and so charming....this is a hidden gem. You can't beat the location right on Canton St. So close to everything. The Host was very responsive to any questions we had....would stay here again and again!

Convenient and comfortable

Charming cottage

This Roswell cottage is a wonderful getaway! The house is so charming and comfortable and the location is amazing. Wonderful restaurants and other venues are within a very short walk of the house.

Adorable Cottage in Fabulous Location

Stayed in the cottage for a family wedding trip. The location is fabulous as you can walk to everything in historic Roswell. The house was amazing from the high end linens to the well stocked kitchen. It was quiet and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was first class. We will be back!!

Great location right off the Roswell Square

We stayed here as a get ready location for a wedding. The attention to detail that they offer guests was really appreciated. Also, Angie and her husband were very prompt to respond, which was great for us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. We would stay here again.

Perfect in every way!

We enjoyed our stay so much!! The location was fabulous and the property top notch- felt like home. The 3 bedroom and living area more spacious than expected with so many thoughtful details. Angie was a pleasure of a host - I even had a blowout at her salon for an event we attended - perfect in every way! We’ll be back, thank you!!

Cozy and convenient!!!

The Cottage is very spacious!!! The decor was cozy as well. We will definitely stay again. The walk down Canton St. was so easy for shopping and meals! 4 restaurants within 100 yards! Loved our stay! There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bath but Angie did a great job with giving us makeup mirrors, vanities in bedrooms. Etc. so it worked great! Perfect central place for us to have our own place when visiting family and friends!

Location, location, location!

After a tumultuous red eye flight with cats and a toddler we were so happy to arrive to this property. We instantly felt comfortable and relaxed the minute we walked in the door. The remote door is super easy to access. The beds are extremely comfortable and Angie has truly thought of every possible need you could have down to hair ties. The location can’t be beat. All the best restaurants around are within walking distance and we definitely took advantage of that
a lot. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Fantastic Property - Accurate and great location

This is one of the few properties that is accurate in terms of what you get with it and what you see online! Very nice and clean! Host was super helpful the entire stay and made things easy for us. The location cannot be beat if you are doing things on Canton St. They even helped me get my hair situated when I forgot some hair products for a wedding!

AMAZING PROPERTY

I travel significantly for business and pleasure & rely heavily on reviews. I cannot say enough good things about this property. Beds comfortable, furniture comfortable, linens are luxurious, kitchen is extremely well equipped, and the gift basket and drinks in fridge a pleasant addition. The toiletries supplied were a great treat. So nice to have paper towels, soap, dishwasher liquid etc. available. I had cooked a meal and brought it with me for our first night and it was so nice to not have to do an inventory and go to the grocery store. Can't wait to come back.

Perfect Property

This home is absolutely perfect if you're visiting Roswell. The location is the heart of the town. It's easy to park and the homeowner is completely available if you need her. The property is on the same lot as a hair salon and the owner stocks the bathroom with high end hair products for guests to enjoy. She also left not only a gift basket of snacks and other goodies for the humans, but she also left a basket for our dog too. The house is spacious, the furnishings are very nice and the beds are comfortable and covered with fluffy comforters. The kitchen is beautifully stocked and everything was spotless clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back!!
