We booked this place last minute, and we were really impressed with how responsive the host was, communication was excellent, and they gave us a fantastic rate for our stay. The home was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the location was central to everything. The screened pool and spa were a highlight, and the spa heated up quickly, which made it extra enjoyable.A couple of small things could use attention: the two bedside lamps in the primary bedroom didn’t work even after replacing the bulbs, and one of the bikes in the garage has a flat front tire that won’t hold air. Guests should also plan to bring their own body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, as well as laundry detergent or pods, since those aren’t provided.Overall, we had a relaxing stay, the property was comfortable, clean, and well-priced for Naples. With just a few updates, it could be even better, but the great communication and quiet location made it a solid choice.

2nd time and plan to come again

This was our second time at this home. The home is clean, has a well stocked kitchen and contact/check in with the owner was seamless. We had our 3 kids with us, ages 7,4, and 1. The kids only needed half the beach toys that were available, and loved the pool w/ waterfalls. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a highchair and pack play available for use. We drove and parked at Delnor-Wiggins Wiggins, parking was cheapest here at 6/day and spots were always available at 10am. The home had plenty of towels for both beach and pool use, along with an Umbrella we used daily. Restaurants we enjoyed were don tequilas, Maria’s tacos, and brooks burgers. All the restaurants and stores we needed were very close and convenient. We plan to return to this home next time we travel to naples.

Beautiful, worry free vacation home

This home was exactly as described and more. Our stay at this beautiful vacation home was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed.The location was absolutely perfect for us – being so close to the beach was such a luxury, and we loved having stores conveniently close by for anything we needed. It made our vacation so much more relaxed and enjoyable.The home itself is stunning and designed for ultimate comfort. Every detail seems to have been carefully considered. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds. The kitchen was a dream, truly stocked with everything a guest could possibly need, even offering the choice of a traditional coffee maker or a Keurig – a thoughtful touch that made our mornings perfect! We also loved the clean and refreshing pool, which was a wonderful bonus for unwinding after a day in the sun.This home is clearly loved and meticulously maintained, providing a truly comfortable and convenient escape. Great Visit! Close, Convenient, Everything You Need!

This was a last minute decision for our family to travel to South Fl. for the week, and I'm so happy we did. I'm even more happy we chose this house. -Very Easy check-in process.-Plenty of utensils/ kitchen supplies/ pots, pans..etc. -Very, very clean!-Plenty of Towels and Linens-Location is a few minute drive to the beach-Close to a great variety of restaurants and shopping! Mercato is a must while you're visiting!-The lanai table was a fam favorite for game night outside by the pool. :) -Pool was being serviced while we were there, but we were on the go a lot so we didn't miss it, and the rest of the house made up for it. -April and Looey were so responsive, and answered every question we had within minutes. Thank you for the hospitality!!We will be back!

Everything you need!

We can highly recommend this property. When we arrived at the house, the checkin process was very easy and all you need for your first days is available so you dont need to buy toilet paper and stuff in the beginning. The house was very clean and tide. When we first tried to use the jacuzzi, it wasn't working at all so we went in contact with the owners. The responding time is extremely fast and the pool guy was organized for the same day. Everytjng was fixed then and we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. The location of the house in our opinion is perfect. The beach is just a 3 min drive away and can also be reached by foot. There are several good restaurants and shopping opportunitues not far away. We really loved our stay and for sure are looking forward to come back one day. Thank you so much for all your efforts.

Location, location, location

We had a wonderful stay in Naples, the home was beautiful and everything worked wonderfully including the pool, whirlpool and appliances. The home is close to everything and the beach is super close, my morning runs were beautiful and safe. The location is bikable, walkable and safe. Close to shopping, malls, things to do. The pool and home is lovely, clean and well kept. There are bikes to use for older teenagers/adults. We brought our own bikes. You will need pool/beach towels, a sun tent and beach chairs for this property. What is there is broken or unusable. The king bed is super uncomfortable and the pull-out couch needs replacement, but the beds in the other rooms are not bad. The property does have thin beach towels, but bring your own if you want nice ones. the property only provide like 1 trash bag and roll or toilet paper per bathroom and no shampoos, conditioners or soap. You will probably end up at walmart, which is a 1 min car ride away. What the property is lacking is made up for with location and a lovely home.

Amazing house, always look forward to returning

This property is excellent - the layout is great for families, it's always very clean when we arrive and the location (proximity to Vanderbilt Beach, restaurants and just the ability to get around Naples) is ideal. The pool and hot tub are very well maintained and booking with April is always an enjoyable experience. The neighborhood is also very nice which is a plus. This is a 5 start rental experience – we look forward to returning ever year!

Naples is the premier and number one location in all of Florida. We combed all of it and it is the best by far.

Safe, classy and on the right side for protection from the elements.

The area being close to the Beach, safe and secure in Collier County, and central to Mercato in a great area close to the Beach and Golf courses is what made us buy.

The pool and spa in the fully covered Lanai sold us. With three waterfall features and night lights its great for entertaining.
