We did not cook inside and did not use AC, the place is clean but very small, the chairs are very unsafe. Location is excellent, everywhere was a walking distance if you like walking.

Kerri was an extremely gracious host who provided excellent directions to the apartment via the subway from LaGuardia. The apartment was in excellent condition when I arrived; and it is in a wonderful area of Hell's Kitchen with easy access to Times Square.

Rikki was delightful and you cannot beat the location. The place was clean and had the basics. However, the noise to the street cannot be understated (even for NY standards) - with the AC unit sides not even attached - so literally there was nothing between the apartment and the outside. Tiles were cracked throughout the kitchen and the bathroom. One of the chairs broke right out from under me. The blinds were broken so we couldn’t lift them up and down. The closet was missing a handle. The towels left a lot to be desired and there were no washcloths. The stairs up to the apartment are old and the carpet is worn - wasn’t an issue for us but I could see some safety concerns especially for older adults. Overall I’m a bit shocked how high a rating this place gets. Yet - you really can’t beat the location. I will give it that!

Lovely cozy apartment in Hells Kitchen … bought a few groceries and cooked with all supplies needed in kitchen plus ate out at nearby different fun restaurants … so convenient we walked to the theaters for Broadway plays … and to MOMA and Central Park and Rockefeller Center. Loved being so centrally located and enjoyed being near to pick-up for the Big Bus Tours.

Great location, exactly as described. Only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 was because the bed between the kitchen and bedroom was too big for the space. I had to turn sideways and side step to get passed it(I'm thin built wearing a size 4 clothing for reference).Host was very helpful and responded to my questions in a timely manner. Check in and check out went smoothly.

Great option for sightseeing in New York!

Property was clean and straightforward. Pictures are accurate and location was very convenient to Times Square and *tons* of food options. Time Square Stay

Check in process was a breeze. The apartment is up three flights of stairs that are pretty narrow. Very common for a downtown flat. 1 bedroom 1 bath with a futon for our teen. Just a couple of blocks from Time Square and tons of food options. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent apartment in great Midtown location

The apartment is very clean, with all listed amenities. The host is responsive and attentive. The location is superb, 2 blocks from Times Square. Ron’s of restaurants in Hell’s Kitchen area , all short walking distance. Highly recommend

Perfect for us.

Check-in was pretty easy and the communication with Rikki was great. Kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom is small but that is not a problem. We visited at an incredibly hot time so the air conditioners had a hard time coping but that would have been anywhere. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and my grandson slept on the futon and had no complaints. We ate breakfast in and got back to the apartment late, so it worked great for us.
