Great location for someone that has a procedure at the hospital. The host was very responsive. The hot water and heat were an issue, no hot water the day before surgery and then scolding the next day. In the winter you need to have reliable hot water and heat.

This little apartment is charming and has everything you need and is walking distance to many attractions and the subway. Great location on a quiet, safe street. The apartment was very well furnished with towels, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable. It is right by the main door so we brought a blue tooth speaker and played back ground noise and didn’t have a problem. It was 100 degrees when we stayed and the air conditioning kept up well.

Short but sweet NYC visit

Very warm and welcoming environment. Perfect compliment to the bustling diversity of the surrounding neighborhood. We walked to MOMA (37 minutes) and enjoyed several local restaurants. Great accommodations and location. I would definitely book this again.
