Great place to stay! I’ve been to NY before and found this to be spacious and clean in comparison to other NY apartments. Plus the location is amazing with so many highlights walkable and the waterfront just minutes away. Would stay here again and will recommend to others.

Host was a great communicator. The apartments in good location and near several nice restaurants.Was having hot water was inconsistent, and there were very large roaches. The bathroom was not clean.The apartment is well-equipped.

Great location, clean, good communication with owners. Very small which is typical for NYC. No room to host guests but perfect for a place to sleep although quite noisy as at street level.

Great location for someone that has a procedure at the hospital. The host was very responsive. The hot water and heat were an issue, no hot water the day before surgery and then scolding the next day. In the winter you need to have reliable hot water and heat.

Perfect home away from home. Wonderful location to attractions, bus stations and subway. Quiet street across from park, 1 block from the water. Definitely stay again. Communication between host was easy and attentive.

Great location in the city and perfect for a small family where you don’t want to pay for multiple hotel rooms. This little apartment is charming and has everything you need and is walking distance to many attractions and the subway. Host was very nice and great at communicating and answering all questions and concerns during our stay. Would stay here again for a future trip.

Great location on a quiet, safe street. The apartment was very well furnished with towels, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable. It is right by the main door so we brought a blue tooth speaker and played back ground noise and didn’t have a problem. It was 100 degrees when we stayed and the air conditioning kept up well.

Short but sweet NYC visit

Very warm and welcoming environment. Perfect compliment to the bustling diversity of the surrounding neighborhood. We walked to MOMA (37 minutes) and enjoyed several local restaurants. Great accommodations and location. I would definitely book this again.
