Welcome to the newest place to stay in Louisville! Nice centralized location to enjoy not only Louisville but also surrounding areas. Whether it be enjoying any of the attractions Louisville has to offer, setting off on the bourbon trail or just a relaxing retreat with the family. Close to interstates, shopping and dining.

The home is located on nearly half an acre lot, which has a large open concept living area, great for entertaining. The kitchen has all the appliances needed for preparing meals. The garage has been transformed into an entertainment space that includes ping pong, putt putt, basketball, darts, arcade games, tv, cornhole and more! The large fenced in back yard features a fire pit, patio and grill. The home is tucked back off the road to offer additional privacy.

This home can accommodate up to 8 people with the sleeping options listed below, and all bedrooms have smart TVs for your streaming convenience.

Guests will have access to the entire home and private yard.

You will need transportation but can get to just about anywhere in Louisville within 10-15 minutes

The garage is for entertaining and not for parking. We have a long driveway that should accommodate any cars that need to park.

- Guest count: Property can only accommodate up to 8 human beings, including infants
- We expect to host only the number of people listed on your reservation. For insurance and safety purposes, please ensure your reservation reflects the accurate number of guests. Otherwise, you may be subject to a fee of up to $300 per extra person per night, and you may be asked to leave.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests must sign all rental agreements within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be cancelled. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply, and cancellation fee is $50

SECURITY DEPOSIT&ID: A security deposit hold of up to $300 and a government issued ID are required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. A security deposit of up to $1,500 is required if the booking exceeds 14 days. The deposit must be collected at least 4 days prior to check-in or the reservation will be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply, and cancellation fee is $50.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. These devices record audio and video, triggered by motion. The devices will be active during guests' stay. Please note that recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are our top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our guests.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non-refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to ensure they can recoup eligible expenses in case of cancellations, providing peace of mind for future trips.
