It’s great to hear the ground-floor location worked so well for your 4-year-old, and that having the lake path, nearby pool, and easy access to everything at Indian Point made your stay even more convenient. I love that you mentioned the welcoming atmosphere when you arrived. Having the music playing and lights on is a small touch, but it’s nice to know it helped you feel at home right away. We’re especially sorry the master bed made your stay uncomfortable. A good night’s sleep is important, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with a mattress that felt unsupportive, firm pillows, and a bed frame that was wobbly and noisy. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll have the bed and frame inspected and review the mattress and pillows with the owner so we can determine what needs to be replaced or improved.
