‼️IMPORTANT: This home is in a quiet neighborhood and we strictly enforce our house rules. We limit the number of vehicles on-site, guest count, and require strict compliance with all rules. No parties/events/gatherings are permitted. Reservations are carefully screened prior to approval. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Nonrefundable Processing Fee: A 3.3% payment processing fee applies to all reservations and will not be refunded, even if the reservation otherwise qualifies for a refund.


This stunning luxury home boasts six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with private bathrooms for ultimate comfort and privacy:

The heart of the home is the luxury kitchen, featuring two large islands, a gas burner, a large fridge, and seating for 3 at the island. A formal dining room offers seating for 8 at a grand dinner table.

✔️ The basement is perfect for entertaining, featuring a large fireplace, seating areas, a kitchenette with a wet bar, fridge, microwave, laundry, and a TV with additional seating.

Additional highlights include a beautiful wrap-around staircase, stylish décor, and thoughtful design throughout the home, ensuring a luxurious and memorable stay.

Guests will have full access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas. The private in-law suite on the lower level is perfect for extended family or guests and includes its own kitchenette, washer, and living space. The property can accommodate up to 5 vehicles on-site. A maximum of 3 vehicles may be parked in the driveway, and up to 2 vehicles can fit in the garage. Please do not exceed 5 vehicles total during your stay.

You’ll be minutes away from Tysons Corner, offering world-class shopping and dining, as well as nearby parks and trails for outdoor activities. The neighborhood is quiet, upscale, and family-friendly.

This property is ideally situated less than 3 miles from two metro stations, providing easy access to downtown DC and beyond. Local buses and ride-sharing options are readily available. For those driving, the property is conveniently close to major highways.

Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

📌 Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.

These measures are mandatory and help ensure a secure, clear, and seamless experience for all parties.

An additional pet fee applies for guests bringing pets.

2. No street parking unless explicitly approved in writing.
3. Do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or fire lanes.

Noise & Neighborhood Respect

1. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, please be respectful at all times.
2. Quiet hours must be observed from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
3. Excessive noise, outdoor music, or disturbance to neighbors is not permitted.

Compliance & Enforcement

These rules are strictly enforced. Any violation (including extra guests/visitors, vehicles over the limit, parties, or noise complaints) may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and additional fees as permitted by Airbnb policies.

Smoking & Substances

1. No smoking or vaping inside the home.
2. If smoking occurs, additional cleaning/deodorization fees will be charged.

Pets

1. Pets are only allowed if approved in advance and any applicable pet fee is paid.
2. Pets must be house-trained and may not be left unattended unless crated.

Care of the Home

1. Please treat the home and furnishings with care. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
2. Do not move furniture between rooms or take indoor furniture outside.

Longer Stays / Screening Requirements

1. Stays over 30 days are subject to review and approval.
2. As stated in the listing, stays longer than 28 nights require a background check and a signed lease agreement.
