Guest Access:

The entire home is yours to enjoy, with your own private entrance, parking in the driveway, and full access to all spaces. You'll enter through a keyless entry door (code provided before check-in) for easy and flexible check-in and check-out. Please note, the garage and locked closets for owner storage are not accessible.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is a charming blend of history, beauty, and modern amenities. Offers convenient access to major highways, making it easy to explore the wider region. With quiet streets and well-preserved historic homes, you can take leisurely walks and admire unique architectural styles. Getting Around:

The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



PARTIES -NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. All gatherings must be limited within our max occupancy, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $200 fine.

If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated.





Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the following entrances: one above the garage and another one in the back above the patio. These cameras record activity when motion is detected. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes. There are no internal cameras located in the home, ensuring your privacy during your stay.



LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.

The house was good overall. Tidy inside and lots of bedrooms. There were some things that could have been nicer - there was dog poop scattered throughout the yard and the trashcan was already full when we got there so there wasnt enough room for our trash when we arrived. Same with the vacuum - it was full and we had to clean out the vacuum in order to use it. Similarly, someone had logged into the accounts on the various TV services and there was no guest or “logout” option on the TVs so that we could login to our own accounts. One of the bathrooms had a hole in the wall of the shower. But they provided towels and clean sheets which was nice. Overall a good stay.

Great stay!

Nice neighborhood, great location. We loved all the big beds with TVs in every room. Master bathroom was a little tight but not a problem at all. Very clean and comfortable!
