We respect our guests' privacy so you can enjoy your retreat. Our team is available via the app or phone if you need anything during your stay. For stays of 3 nights or longer in the summer, we will coordinate with you in advance to schedule pool and lawn service at a convenient time.

You will have private access to the entire home, the 1.25-acre property, and all the amenities described, including the pool, outdoor bar, game areas, and driveway. Any areas not intended for guest use, such as private storage closets, will be locked.

**THE PROPERTY**
Step into your private, 1.25-acre oasis, where relaxation and fun await. The sun-drenched backyard is the heart of the home, centered around a one-of-a-kind shipping container pool.

**OUTDOOR AMENITIES**
Your personal playground includes:
* A unique shipping container pool with a side viewing window.
* An expansive pool deck with plenty of lounge chairs.
* A cozy fire pit area.
* An outdoor bar complete with seating, a TV, and a refrigerator.
* A built-in grill and a second dining table for perfect alfresco meals.
* A screened-in lanai with a ceiling fan and ceiling-mounted heaters.
* A trampoline, disc golf goal, and a basketball hoop.
* A covered garage space with a ping pong table.

**INDOOR SPACE**
The bright and spacious home offers plenty of room for everyone.
* **Bedrooms:** 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Four bedrooms feature comfortable King beds, and two of these suites include unique lofts with additional twin beds. The fifth bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps four and has a large TV, making it a great movie room.
* **Living Areas:** You'll find two separate living rooms for gathering and relaxing. The downstairs area is an entertainment hub, featuring a shuffleboard table and a collection of games for hours of enjoyment.

You will need a car or will utilize Uber/Lyft.

This house is on septic so it's important not to flush anything except toilet paper and to use the trash can for food debris in lieu of using the sink drain.
The pool can be heated for an additional $50/night of stay (May-October). The pool can be heated for an additional $100/night of stay (November-April). Please contact for details.
For summer stays of 3 nights or greater we will coordinate with you on the timing of pool service and lawn care.
Trash and recycle day is on Tuesday morning. If you have a Monday overnight stay we will communicate to learn your preference on if you will roll cans out or if you'd like our team come by Tuesday morning.
