~FEES (if applicable)~
★ When the pool is open during the summer, if you would like the pool heated, there is a $75/day pool heating fee. It must be for the duration of your stay as well as paid at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. Contact us with any questions.
★ If you are bringing 1-2 dogs that meet our dog requirements, there is a $100/stay pet fee. If you add your dog(s) to the reservation, the fee will automatically be applied to the reservation.
★ Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available for an additional $25/hour fee. Please inquire for availability.

~IMPORTANT~
Guests will promptly receive the Rental Agreement upon booking submission. To receive property access code, guests must e-sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID within 2 days of booking. Guests can cancel booking within 48 hours for a full refund if the agreement doesn't work for them.

Wausau is a charming little city with plenty to explore. Most attractions are easily accessible by car and within a 15 minute commute. If you don’t have a vehicle, there are car rental services, a public bus system, taxi and rideshare services available as well.

For property protection and insurance purposes, there is a security camera covering the front entrance and it must remain active at all times.
