Our home is secured with a digital lock, and your code will be included in your entry instructions delivered a day or two before your arrival.

BOAT RENTALS:
If renting a boat, we encourage you to check the current lake levels and coordinate with the boat rental company which ramp you will launch from.

IN THE AREA:
Grocery stores, restaurants, local bars, food trucks and gyms are nearby.

FULL GYM:
Nearby gyms offer drop-in classes, day passes, or weekly memberships.

COMMUNITY POOL:
The community pool features a large, shallow beach entry, a flowing giant mushroom, splash buckets perfect for young children, a swim area, a lap lane, and chairs and tables. Two pavilions can be rented during regular hours through the city website.

**Normal Pool Season is from May-September**
(Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend)

COMMUNITY COURTS:
The community pickleball and tennis courts are accessible and can be reserved online. Equipment is provided for guests to use during their stay. Pickleball lessons are available to schedule with third party trainers.

GOLF COURSE:
Lago Vista Golf Course is available to the public

HOUSE NOTE:
Propane is provided for the grill and fire pit.
