Place was perfect for our family reunion in Raleigh. Host had everything we needed. Lots of coffee pods and little treats. Close to city and areas we explored. Host made sure we were ok and communicated well. We will use this place next time we come to Raleigh to visit family.

My friend and I visited Raleigh for QuiltCon. We found Gail’s house on VRBO and it was perfect for us. So much better than staying at a hotel. The location was great - close to the convention center. The house itself is very lovely from the decor to all the amenities. Beds were comfy and having 2 bathrooms was awesome. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Dirty dishes piled up on the counter inside utensils left outside after grilling used towels in the closet bedroom floor. I was only aware that two adults would be staying. My camera showed that 4 people were at the house.

Girl’s Weekend

The property is beautiful on the inside. The neighborhood is being gentrified. However, it’s very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

This property fit our needs for being close to the Convention Center. We had adequate space and wished we’d had more time to use the space more(patio, living room fireplace/ tv, etc. My only complaint which I believe to be an oversight is we ran out of toilet paper; we only had rolls that little remaining paper and no full replacements.I would consider staying here again.Thanks.

Affordable comfy home

I stayed here for a few weeks with my oncoming family. Everything is beautiful, clean. Mom and sister cooked so much with all of the utensils here. Very comfy home away from home. Gail was communicative and helpful during our entire trip. Would recommend and return!

Beautiful House. Sketchy neighborhood.

The house was in great shape and very cozy. The listing was mostly accurate with the exception on the amount of beds. There were 3 beds but the listing made us believe that there were 5 beds. The neighborhood is quite sketchy with people out running the streets at all hours of the night. Our doors always had to be locked. Overall i do recommend this house for at most 5 people no more. Thank you
