Discover a unique lakeside-style retreat in the heart of Kenosha! Perfectly situated just minutes from three colleges, downtown attractions, and within walking distance of the stunning Lake Michigan shoreline. Whether you're here to explore or unwind, our home offers the ideal base to enjoy all that Kenosha has to offer!

The space
Welcome to your coastal retreat! This charming two-bedroom, one-bath home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience, making it ideal for weekend getaways or extended business trips. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, cookware, and cutlery.

The spacious bathroom is stocked with essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort, complete with TVs and ample closet space to accommodate longer stays.

The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for unwinding with family, enjoying a meal, or catching up on work. Whether you're here for leisure or business, our home provides a cozy and functional space to make your stay memorable.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy full home, including two bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower/tub, a cozy living room, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Please note that entry to the house requires navigating five steps at both the front and back entrances.

This home is part of a multi-unit home. The upstairs unit, with a shared front entrance, is also a short-term rental and may be available for rent if you need extra space. Both units share access to the backyard, front entryway, basement laundry area, and off-street parking.

Other things to note
If you're visiting one of the local colleges, our home is perfectly located just minutes away! Gateway Technical College is only 0.5 miles away, Carthage College is 2 miles away, and UW Parkside is just 5 miles away. Additionally, you'll be less than a mile from the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline and only 2 miles from downtown Kenosha's shopping and dining options.

Beautiful property and convenient location! This unit had everything our family needed for a 3-day stay. The beds were comfy, linens and towels were high-quality, and it was clean and well-kept. We loved the decor and even got some design ideas for our own home. The owner reached out at the beginning of our stay to be sure we didn't need anything or have any questions. We felt very well cared for. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent Property

We stayed in this property when visiting family, it was exactly as pictured. It was so clean perfectly decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The location of this property was easy to access and close to all the things we wanted to do. The host were wonderful about the check in process and making sure we had everything we needed. We will 10/10 be booking this place when we return!

Family Vacation in Kenosha

This place is everything it's advertised to be! Tasteful decor, extremely comfortable bedding, tons of board games, comfortable furniture, and a beautiful backyard. The hosts thought of everything, even an air fryer! If you are visiting in Kenosha, I would highly recommend this home away from home.

Memorial Day get away

The property was excellent and beautiful inside. It had everything we needed! A few notes, though, the street noise was sometimes very loud (especially with many extremely noisy motorcycles). We also had trouble with the internet on one day in particular.

Grandma and teens

The place was very nice and just as displayed in the photos in the listing. My teenage grandkids spent a couple of nights with me and said the pull out couch was comfortable, which is not always the case. Parking was good and off the front busy street and we felt very secure with the coded door locks. I didn't find the games but didn't contact the owner about it either. Instead, we grabbed a blanket, picked up a pizza and went to the free bike races 5 minutes from the house. As mentioned earlier, the bedding and towels were hotel grade, which is wonderful! The few times I had to contact the owners, they responded very quickly, which is so important. We loved our stay and will book the Kenosha Lighthouse Retreat on our next visit to town! Thanks for making us feel at home.
