Clean, Modern, and Thoughtful Host

The space was clean, fresh, and beautifully updated. It’s a quiet, secluded, apartment-style setting—great for those seeking a peaceful retreat. It served its purpose while we were in between homes.We had a few hiccups, but the host was helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Just a heads-up: since it’s an apartment-style unit, there are neighbors above you.Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay in a well-maintained space with a responsive host.

Simply put, this is an opportunity you just can't miss out on! There are great amenities including an updated kitchen, at home office, spacious and private balcony, & so much more. In addition, you will plenty of platforms to choose a movie from on our TV.

This apartment is only 10 minutes away from Downtown Marietta, surrounded by many places to eat and many things to do. Location wise, it is exactly in the spot where you would want it to be when visiting!

We welcome repeated guests anytime! You are able to book both short term and long term rentals based on availability. I also own a Real Estate Brokerage located in Kennesaw. If you are looking into buying, selling and/or investing, please feel free to pick my brain at any moment for more information & helpful tips. I also own a storage facility in Canton, GA. For anyone in the process of moving and need a location to park cars, trailers, trucks or even rent a unit, I'd be happy to assist you.
