- Bedroom #1: The primary bedroom is on the main level of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed and private full bathroom with a walk in shower + seperate tub. The bedroom also has a smart TV.

Second floor: 3 bedrooms
- Bedroom #1: Fitted with a queen size bed, vanity + smart TV.
- Bedroom #2: Fitted with a queen size bed, smart TV & trundle (2 twins)

Living room: situated on the main level of the home equipped with a cozy couch, fireplace, table + chairs and a smart TV, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. Note you can not use the fireplace.

Office: situated on the main level of the home equipped with a desk + chair, couch, and bookcase filled with childrens books and games.

Basement: the perfect place for the kids to have their own space! The basement has a couch, high top table, smart TV, air hockey, pac man, and tons of toys + games. There is also a beverage cooler, microwave + keurig.

Garage: garage turned game room including:
- Games: Ping Pong table, arcade games including skee ball + basketball
- Seating areas: high top table with 4 seats, couch
- Amenities: refridgerator, beach chairs and life jackets + pool floaties

Upper level deck: The deck off of one of the bedrooms has a lovely seating area.
