Hot Springs Village Condo on the Green

You`ll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay right on the 8th green of Cortez golf course. All things outdoors are available to you at this Hot Springs Village Community. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has a king and a queen bed; Miles of hiking trails, water fun on the 6 big lakes, and for the golf enthusiast 9 courses to choose from. Historic Hots springs is just a short drive to the south.



You will receive the door code 24 hours prior to check in time. Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through



INSIDE THE VILLAGE - You can purchase a `5 Visit` pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities: Coronado Fitness Center : One Day Pickleball : One Day Coronado Tennis Center : Two Hours Outdoor Pool : One Day Kayak/Stand Up Paddleboards at Desoto Marina

Great place, especially for golfers. Don’t use GPS to get driving directions, those took use to an entrance for owners. We had to drive around the entire property which added an hour to our travel time.

This is my second stay in #11, and I really enjoy its comfortable living room furniture and beds.It is extremely clean with new kitchen appliances and two tables, one in the kitchen and one in the living area. Perhaps the best feature of this house is the wonderful back deck with a lovely view of the lake and fountains of the golf course, visible from the living room and master bedroom.

We walked in and the first thing we noticed was that it was very hot, the air had not ran at all, and was set on 86 degrees. The other thing we immediately noticed was the smell, damp, musty, off-putting, the entire condo smelled that way the whole time we were there. It possibly has to do with it being too humid of a climate to not cycle the AC in summer so it causes moisture to build up. It took until late into the night to cool it off as the AC had to run a while. We noticed personal items from previous visitors were left in the bathrooms that we felt would have been seen and removed if someone cleaned, such as toothbrushes and soap bars. There were visible crumbs still on table placemats. I hate to not give that 5 star review, but this is the true assessment.

This place was beautiful. Loved sitting on the deck and enjoyed watching the golfers. The condo was wonderful and the check in was easy. Will definitely stay here again.

Great condo

Second stay here & will be back. Great location . Spend our down time on the deck watching golfers. Condo seems adequately stocked but since we have never cooked can’t confirm.

Lakeside condo

It was neat, a bit dated, ceiling fans need caked on dust removed, great location, a bird’s nest is tucked away in the corner of the front entrance- each time you enter & leave the mother bird flies away- a bit scary. Peaceful deck to watch golfers go by!Overall convenient location

This was a fantastic place. Best view of the beautiful golf course with a great deck to sit out & enjoy. It was like home away from home. It wasn’t far from downtown Hot Springs or the casino if that’s what you like. Very quiet & peaceful. Will definitely stay again.

Golfers Paradise

Very close to Cortez golf course. It was fun sitting on the back porch and watching golfers go by.The condo had everything we needed and was quiet and clean.

Nice location, beautiful view!

My sister and I rented this unit while visiting our 97 year old mother, who resides at Belvedere Nursing & rehab. While the unit is not listed as handicapped accessible, Mom had no problems entering the unit for daytime visits. We loved the view of the golf course and lake from both the deck and inside. The unit was very nicely furnished and comfortable. We will definitely keep it on our list for future visits
