Absolutely. We have fast WiFi and there are many rooms around the house that you can turn into a workspace.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of the Knoll Ridge neighborhood, Gardens by the Sea offers guests a tranquil retreat within a vibrant community. This family-friendly area is known for its peaceful ambiance and well-maintained surroundings. The neighborhood's central location ensures you're never far from the best that Fort Lauderdale has to offer, all while providing a serene home base for your stay.



Getting Around:

Navigating the nearby area is relatively straightforward. You’ll be situated in a conveniently located neighborhood walkable to many shops and restaurants. While bringing your own car will give you the most flexibility, there are also many other transportation options for exploring the nearby areas: water taxis, sun trolleys, Uber or Lyft, and the Tri-Rail and Brightline trains.



Other Things to Note:

- $150 fee per stay to heat the pool

- Spa/Hot Tub does not work

- No pets allowed

- No smoking is permitted

- Parties are not allowed

- Please notify hosts of any visitors

- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM

- Guests can park on the driveway

- Please don’t block the sidewalk when parking

- No parking on the grass

- No commercial photography

- Don’t leave kids unsupervised in the pool area

- Don’t run on the pool deck to avoid slips & falls

- No diving in the pool

- Please refrain from rearranging furniture

- Don’t flush anything that could clog the toilet

- Avoid putting grease down the sink

- Maximum occupancy is 6

- Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay

- The pool is heated but can fluctuate in temperature due to the weather and other conditions and may take additional time to heat up

- Stays of 7 days or longer are provided a started pack of supplies but anything after, guests will be required to supply their own supplies
