With 24/7 security and free parking in a guarded gated compound with two pools, playground and modern food hub to the front of the compound, our condo is accessed by elevator on the 4th floor of Building 8.

Our condo is beach themed and comes with 2 master suites with queen beds with walk in closets, ceiling fans, black out curtains and 2.5 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers.

Our cozy home away from home condo also offers a living room with a queen-sized sofa bed for additional space that can sleep an additional two persons. The condo is filled with customized furniture just to make your stay unique. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, washing machine and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent and fabric softener, AC in bedrooms and living space, hot/cold water, iron/ironing board, fully equipped kitchen, water cooler, B-B-Que grill, Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, visitor parking spot and free Wi-Fi during your stay. Our breezy patio area also has a cooler for your drinks and overlooks the pool area.

There are two pools on the compound that are kid and non-swimmer friendly. Pool toys are stored at the condo for your use. There is also a fantastic playground for kids (toddler and young kid friendly). There is also a small cooler and beach chairs for you to take to the beach.

The kitchen is fully stocked will all cookware, bakeware, and kid dishes for your stay. There are many appliances as well such as electric stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blenders, air fryer and microwave for your convenience.

All linens (sheet and blankets) and towels (pool, bath, face, kitchen) are provided with your stay.

Complimentary bath items (body soap, shampoo and conditioner are also provided with your stay so no need to walk with these. Dishwashing and hand soap is also available.

Safety is very important to us, there are emergency lights placed throughout the condo, Emergency listing on the fridge, First Aid Kit, Smoke Detector and Fire Extinguisher for your safety.

Housekeeping is available free of charge. If you wish not to have this service, please advise before arrival.

There is a modern food hub to the front of the building selling food. Tacos, local dishes such as doubles, roti, provisions with callaloo, coo-coo, crab and dumplings. Pizza, grilled meals, seafood, burgers, calamari and much more. There is also a lovely coffee shop that offers an array of hot/cold drinks and breakfast items.

Arrangements for vehicle rental, tours and transportation can also be made upon request at your personal expense. Just let us know what you need, and we will happily assist. Bicycle rentals can be done just outside the compound.
