The apartment features a spacious bedroom, a well-appointed bathroom, and a stylish living area. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide convenience for meals.

Just a few minutes from Belton Lake, Temple Lake Park, and the Bell County Museum, you'll also be near the University of Mary Hardin.



The Space:

Welcome to this stylish and modern bedroom, designed for comfort and convenience for up to four guests. The room features a portable clothing rack with hangers, perfect for organizing clothes, and a handy storage bench for extra items. There's also a cozy sofa bed for added sleeping space. Enjoy the convenience of Alexa for voice-controlled innovative features and a stunning LED mirror with three light settings—bright white, warm white, and cool white—so you can create the perfect ambiance. Whether relaxing or getting ready, this room offers everything you need for a memorable stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to their private one-bedroom apartment, which includes a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom with ample storage. For added convenience, they may also use the laundry facilities on-site.

Space is limited for both trucks and boats.



Boats:

If you plan to bring a boat — especially more than one — you must inform us in advance and provide the exact measurements. Due to limited space, this information is necessary to ensure we can accommodate your setup safely and comfortably. Unapproved boats may not be permitted on the property.

This booking includes a private unit/apartment with a private entrance, accommodating up to 4 guests.



➤ Any additional guests must be disclosed in advance and will incur an additional fee.



The unit includes 1 designated parking space.



➤ A second vehicle requires prior approval.



Late check-out of up to 1 hour is allowed at no extra cost.



➤ Staying 2 hours or more past check-out time will incur a $50 fee.



➤ Any stay that exceeds this grace period will be charged an additional full night.



Please DO NOT wash the towels, blankets, or bed sheets



➤ We will take care of the laundry. If you need extras, just let us know.



For longer stays:



10+ days: A $60 cleaning service fee will apply during your stay. (extra)



20+ days: A second $60 cleaning fee will apply for a total of $120.



Pets are NOT ALLOWED if you don't follow this rule, unfortunately you will be charged $200 fee plus any additional damages and/or extra cleaning services required.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests are expected to be courteous and respectful to others, maintaining a peaceful environment. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM to ensure everyone's comfort. We appreciate guests keeping shared areas tidy and treating the space with care.
