The home is conveniently located approximately 6 miles from UMHB and 30 miles from Baylor University, making it ideal for visits, weekends away, or extended stays.
Enjoy outdoor living at its finest with a large deck perched over the cliff, perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings. The outdoor kitchen features a grill and full‑size refrigerator, making lakeside dining easy and enjoyable. A fire pit with full amenities adds the perfect touch for relaxing nights under the stars.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is lovely, very comfortable, well decorated, fully decked out with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The view was fantastic. We enjoyed seeing and hearing the wildlife, including deer, owls, cranes, and a bald eagle even. The home is tucked away from traffic noise and any sort of hustle and bustle, yet quite close to lots of restaurants and stores in Belton as well as Temple.Traci was an excellent host. Super responsive and welcoming, yet not at all overbearing. She approved our use of the wood burning fireplace after a cold snap, and it really elevated our stay.The extensive holiday decorations made our stay so special and made it feel like a home away from home... even a beautifully decorated Christmas tree!Thank you Traci for everything.

Amazing In Every Way

We rented this home in Belton during our daughter's graduation from UMHB. The location, floor plan, and furnishings are all top-notch. Sunrise at the lake was so beautiful, and our host Traci was kind, easy to contact, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this listing!

Wonderful Lake Getaway

House was fantastic, spacious and so clean. Kitchen was big and well equipped. Layout was fabulous and that primary bedroom with the lake views was amazing. I'm almost glad that the weather wasn't ideal because we had a fantastic time enjoying the house and could truly relax. We did have one very nice day and hiking nearby was great and we came back and saw a fox as we sat on the back observation deck - we saw deer every evening as well. Definitely planning another trip at a different time of year when we can make full use of the outdoor space as well.

Great place for an Eclipse

Fantastic place for our family to meet up for the Eclipse. The outside settings with so many spaces to relax and watch the skies were perfect. BBQ worked great as well and so easy to entertain outdoors. Owner was great and easy to work with.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tracis lake house. It was clean, exactly as the description stated and fully stocked with everything you could need during your vacation. The rental felt like a home away from home and we will be back!

Beautiful Lakefront Property

Everything was perfect with our stay. The home is extremely clean and cozy. The view is spectacular and the proximity to the main part of Belton is wonderful. We felt very much at home and will definitely look to book this property again in the future.

Ladies Lake Trip - Friends For Fifty Years

The house is great, plenty of room with places to gather or space for alone time. And the views were incredible. Outdoor kitchen with fridge was very nice and we made use of the picnic table for an epic game of dominoes while enjoying the lake view. House was well stocked with everything you needed. Would definitely rent again and would recommend to others.

Fantastic Time

Property was more than expected, very well stocked. Only complaint, is advertised as house on the lake but it is pretty good walk to the lake along very steep terrain, almost impossible carry stuff. Overall we had a great time and Traci was fantastic with her communication.

Hi My name is Traci,
I grew up in Temple, Texas a few short minutes away from the lake. My dream was to find a second home on Lake Belton and this is how the lake house became our treasure. I graduated from Temple High School in 1989. My child hood was spent fishing, water skiing and camping on Lake Belton. I raised my children boating and camping on the Lake as well. I currently live out of town but frequent the Lake often. I hope you find joy and the lake as much as I do.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property was purchased for the magnificent view. It was torn down to the studs and built back up. Many hours were spent trying to decide if we would tear it down or restore the original home. We decided we would restore it and keep the history of one of the original homes built on Lake Belton. The area was once called Tennessee Valley. The cove it sits on us Centex Sportsman Cove. It took 2 years to complete the project. Lots of blood sweat and tears put into the restoration. The home was owned by a well-known attorney prior to me. Hope you have enjoy your stay !!!
