-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.

-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.


This rental is located at Las Palmas Resort. It's a short 15 minutes drive to downtown St. George and very close to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment.

You do not need a car to get around the resort, you can easily walk through the resort. You can take a car, or easily get an Uber/ Lyft to downtown St. George. There are also many bikes paths that you can take right from the resort.

Condo rules:
1. Absolutely no smoking in entire HOA area, smoke free community
2. One dog is allowed- no cats are allowed.
3. Quiet hours 9:30pm
4. Must be 21 to book

Pool rules:
1. No glass
2. No kids without adult supervision
3. Swim at your own risk no lifeguard own duty, owners, HOA and management company takes no responsibility for accidents or injuries
4. Any children under 14 Yeats old must be accompanied by an adult and cannot be at the clubhouse alone.
5. Return pass to the designated hook when done, $500 replacement fee

Things to note-
1. This property is professionally managed by Rockie Ridge Rentals to ensure a smooth and reliable stay.
2. Want to elevate your stay? Optional concierge services may be available upon request and subject to availability.
3. The pools, hot tubs, exercise equipment, pool table etc are all shared spaces and are part of Las Palmas resort, you will have full access to them during your stay.
4. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee upon request; availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by the host.
