Discover our modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse, perfect for your Salt Lake City getaway. Whether youâre seeking a cozy ski retreat, a serene workspace, or a mountain-view escape, this home has it all. Located just 10 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from top ski resorts, enjoy the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. With modern amenities, stunning views, and easy access to outdoor adventures, this is the ideal home for your next trip.

-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
This rental is located in a new, modern, quiet and safe neighborhood. There is also a community playground and small outdoor eating area located in the neighborhood.
Outdoor Living:
Enjoy morning coffee or evening views from the balcony with mountain vistas. For added fun, head to the community playground and grill area for relaxation and recreation.

There are some restaurants, fast food places and a movie theater walking distance to the rental. It is a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Salt Lake City. You can easily get an Uber or Lyft as well.

1.This property is professionally managed by Rockie Ridge Rentals to ensure a smooth and reliable stay.
2.This home is perfectly situated to explore everything Salt Lake City has to offer:
10 minutes to downtownâs restaurants, nightlife, and shopping.
30-40 minutes to world-class ski resorts like Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton.
35 minutes to Park City and 60 minutes to Sundance.
10 minutes to mountain biking and hiking trails.
Convenient bus routes make ski trips hassle-free.

1.Quiet Hours: No loud music or parties; quiet hours start at 10 PM.
2.No Pets or Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the property.
3.Community Access: Guests cannot use the community gym or clubhouse.
4.Damage Policy: Charges apply for damage or missing items.
5.Check-In/Out: must be approved and cannot be guaranteed
6.Booking Requirement: Must be 21 or older to book.
