It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!


This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 5 to 10-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (2 cars). You can park 1 more car on the street in front of the house. NO sidewalk blocking. MAX 3 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

Since this property is a little far from central San Antonio, the METRO system (bus transportation) does not go all the way there. However, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.


• Please note that though the listing shows 4 beds, there are only 3 actual beds. The last “bed” is a high-quality air queen-size mattress.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
