Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This beautiful 2 story home with a master in first floor is located super close to downtown and all Highways . This beautiful home is fully renovated with everything new inside the house .Master room is in first floor , second and third bedroom in the second floor and the 4th bedroom is in second story area also in an open area (entertainment room) with a Tv , also has a Futton

A Cozy and Relaxing Experience

Staying at Anthony's property was a pleasant experience overall. The place was nice and comfortable, offering a peaceful night’s rest. Anthony was very responsive and accommodating, making adjustments to our schedule with ease. It was a solid option for a quiet and relaxing stay.

DISCUSSED

This place and the pictures that is posted is two different things. Also it had a smell that my wife came home saying she can still smell. No parking. Neighbor called the police because of us parking in the 10 ft driveway saying we blocking the sidewalk. Like we had a choice. Pleaded with the owner to move us to another location which I felt he has with him being a property developer. Hours later I text and he said he is all booked up. The air conditioner was the best thing in the house. Bed was very old (squeaky when getting in it) but comfortable.

Was not worth my money

Regretful stay. The floor boards upatairs had nails pertruding. The bed frames were all rocky and squeaky, the mattresses were all lumpy. The downstair area floor was uneven in multiple areas which cased my nephew to injure his toe. My son and i had stumbled several times. The grass in the front of the house was overgrown by about 15 inches. The backyard was non existant, except for the graves of whatever in the back. Please stop false advertising.

Great property with good amenities and great location!

Everything about the property was wonderful. This includes the property itself, the amenities, the location to all the tourist attractions in San Antonio.The only reason I gave them three instead of five stars is the mattress. The mattress and sleeping quality in that property was horrific. It seemed like the beds were made more for kids than for adult adults. Poor quality frames and poor quality mattress. If they improve that this place would be a 10 out of 10.

Review

Online this looked and sounded like a great home away from home. Upon arrival, it was a bit difficult to retrieve the keys from the lock box. The garage door did not work, I contacted the owner and it stayed up for the first few days before the owner responded. It stated 4 bedroom 3 bath. Which it was an actually a 3 bedroom, with a futon/blow up mattress in a tiny loft area with no privacy sitting between two rooms upstairs. The 3 bathrooms was actually 2 full bath and 1 half bath. It was very misleading how the owner portrayed the home. The furniture was not what was posted online. We had to go out and buy towels because there were only a few for 8 people. I would recommend that the owner makes it know of 3 bedroom, 1 loft, 2 full bath, and one half bath.

The place looked very nice on the ad and did not disappoint. The problems we had were with a few issues that were details. At first arrival the smell was horrible. There were 2 full garbage cans with flies and maggots. There was cigarette buds on the front porch railings. The blinds in the upstairs bedroom were not up and the shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom was also not up. The floors were dirty and in need of mopping(walking on the floor from the front door to looking around the house and going to take shower my feet were black). The down stairs bedroom had blood stains on the sheets. The title was misleading with pet friendly, but no pets allowed. The neighbors that were 10 feet away from the house had multiple dogs( i counted 4 Frenchie's) so they must be breeding them and they were very noisy. Also the neighborhood cats were always in the back yard. My husband is scared of cats and was not able to use the small back yard. Also the back yard was about 6 foot from the fence to the neighbors cat graveyard. There were at least 5 graves that we could see. The ad was very misleading. In addition to the title, the description was also misleading. The space said sleeps 9 and had 4 bedrooms. there were 3 bedrooms and a hall space upstairs with a small futon type couch. there was 1 small couch down stairs. not enough seating for the 9 of us there. Just very disappointing. I have rented a lot of places while we travel and this was the biggest disappointment.
