This cozy studio is the perfect place to kick back and relax. You’re just minutes away from downtown Sacramento and the peaceful American River, so whether you're exploring the city or taking a leisurely walk by the water, everything is within reach.

The Space:
This is a studio unit with one full bathroom. It has a kitchen (there is no stove) and this home doesn't have a dedicated parking space. Overnight parking is completely fine infront of the home. However, there is a 2-hour parking limit from 8AM-10PM except SAT & SUN. If it is necessary for you to park longer during these hours, the nearest paid public parking is available at 1200 F St, Sacramento, CA 95814 (Cross streets of Fat Alley and 12th St) Please be advised that the neighbor has a dog.

Guest Access:
This is an upstairs unit. Guest will have to climb the second floor of the apartment to reach their room. The lower unit may also be occupied at the same time. Please be mindful of any excessive noise during quiet hours.

NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account)
