The Space:
As one of the resort's desirable ground floor units, guests can go out directly to the lush grounds and stroll over to shimmering pools, restaurants, and a tiki bar for fresh eats and tropical drinks. With a sleek kitchen, modern bathrooms, and beachy interiors, you'll have a bright, airy ambiance to enjoy with the whole group. Take a dip in one of the four unique Ko Olina lagoons, famous for its calm waters and good snorkel. Whether you and your friends are unwinding in the hot tub, frolicking in the blue waters, or taking siestas under shaded palm trees, your days will be as relaxing as they are adventurous.

As a valued guest of our Resort, we kindly ask that you please park your vehicle in the designated areas assigned to you. These areas are available for Owners, Renters, and a limited number of Guests. To ensure safety and convenience for all, it is important that drivers park only in their assigned spaces and display a valid parking permit at all times.
We also ask that you kindly refrain from parking in any unauthorized or restricted areas, including those assigned to others. If a vehicle is parked in one of these areas, it may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense without prior notice.
Please make sure that your vehicle fits entirely within the designated parking space, without protruding or extending into any adjacent space, driveway, or walkway. For safety reasons, oversized vehicles such as limousines and extra-large vehicles that do not fit wholly within a parking space are not permitted to park at the Resort.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
- Starting on October 1st, 2023, BV will now be charging for parking. Up until now they were the only resort in the entire Ko Olina that did not charge for parking. The fees are as follows:
- The one time $25 fee per car is required no matter the duration of the stay.
- $25 for an additional car, only if there is space available within the community.
- The BV stalls are small, and many guests have passenger vans or large SUV's, which require a larger stall. For larger parking stall needs, the parking fee is $50.
Guests are required to pay the parking fee upon arrival to the resort community via cash or credit card.

Beautiful location; loved all the pools, hot tubs and lagoons. Really enjoyed being away from the big city congestion & smog. The unit had everything we needed & the 6 of us (2 couples & 2 kids) were very comfortable.

The ground floor is an ideal choice for people with small toddlers that like to climb on lanai. The room was wonderful. Two things that would make it better would be to have more sitting furniture. There's only a couch in the living room and not two chairs for we had six people in the room and six people can't sit on a couch. The other thing that would improve is that we had little children and they like to have blankets on their bed and there were no blankets they finally brought us blankets three days into our stay so it ended up being OK. Those are the opportunities for improvement. Oh the other thing was the pots or the pans were nonstick and the nonstick was peeling so they're gonna change that out before we go. They're very good at responding to my calls and I had a great time . The surrounding area is beautiful.

Wonderful location and place
We loved having a place ground level that opened to a grass patch for the kids to run around. Beautiful view. Close to pool and beach. Bbq pool side was wonderful.
The only down side is the Internet and cable didn’t work. We reached out and were given some trouble shooting that didn’t work. They said they would send someone and we didn’t get any further communication.

Felt like our dream home
This property was everything as promised and more. We became instantly comfortable in this home. The location is perfect while staying in Ko Olina. Booking this property with Avantstay through VRBO could not have been easier or more secure. Avantstay was the perfect host and we plan to stay here again.
