You'll be within walking distance of the Palm Springs Convention Center and the Agua Caliente Spa and Casino, and a quick drive from dozens of world-class golf courses in the area. If you're looking for an unforgettable desert view, be sure to visit Indian Canyons (five miles south) and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (seven miles west).

Dogs are welcome on a case by case basis, for an additional pet fee and cleaning fee.

There is one assigned covered parking space and plenty of street parking.

*Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.

Utilities are covered up to $250 a month. You will be responsible for anything over $250.
