GREAT location to downtown (3 blocks). Very clean and updated condo, gated entrances for added security, 2 private patios, well equipped kitchen and 2 pools and a hot tub. We had a problem with the coffee maker and the owner brought a new one in hours. If we find ourselves coming back to PSP, this place is where we'll stay!

Perfect Palm Springs getaway

My friend and I had the best time and wished we had booked a few more days. Our guest contact was there to greet us when we arrived and we loved everything about our condo. We loved the pool and the perfect location to walk everywhere. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Palm Springs Retreat

Sean’s beautifully remodeled condo is the best private location in the complex and easy walking distance to many excellent downtown Palm Springs restaurants. If you enjoy trying your luck, Agua Caliente Casino is right across the street. Don’t delay. Book Sean’s condo for a perfect Palm Springs retreat.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway!

We enjoyed staying just a few blocks from PS’s active downtown and across the street from the casino (at least I learned to play roulette 😊) Complex is quiet with wonderful heated swimming pools/hot tub. This unit is well-furnished in classic PS style. Very clean. Was perfect for our two couples.

Wonderful stay in Palm Springs!

This rental had everything we needed for our 5 days in Palm Springs. The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It’s a 5 minute walk from downtown. There are two pools to choose from on the property, and it wasn’t crowded while we were there. The kitchen is probably the best equipped kitchen I’ve seen in a rental; there were spices, ziploc bags, a water filter, and more. Overall, we had such a fun time in Palm Springs and this was the perfect place to stay in to beat the heat!

Cute, Comfortable and Convenient

We have stayed in this complex before, but this is the first time we stayed in this unit. On the outside it is surrounded by beautiful flowers and views of palm trees and mountains. Inside it is nicely decorated and comfortable. Great patio with a grill. We liked the proximity to our favorite pool. We had some issues with the cable connection at first and Sean was so responsive! We were good to go in time to watch the Super Bowl. The kitchen has all the basics for when you want to cook in. The only suggestions that I can think of is that it would be great to have a few more bath and beach towels. If you have never stayed in Palm Springs, this is an excellent location. While we had a rental car for when we went to get groceries or go hiking, we always walked to downtown for dinner. We have already booked our return for next year!

This condos condition was awful. Had not been cleaned by anyones standards. Pee around and under paper holder. Owner had it cleaned and cleaners did not clean the pee. Advertised as remolded. No floor boards, kitchen only had cabinets we couldnt even see in them they wew so high.. Every surfaces is awful. Poorly done dirty grout

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.- I take cleanliness and comfort very seriously and have been using the same cleaning team for the five years I’ve been hosting guests at this condo. Many previous guests have complimented the cleanliness of the space, and I personally inspected it after your stay. However, I understand everyone’s standards and expectations can vary, and I want all my guests to feel comfortable.- You mentioned concerns five days into your stay, and I addressed each one promptly, offering both a partial refund if you preferred to check out early and an additional cleaning at no charge. The team returned to thoroughly clean and refresh the space, but I understand this didn’t fully resolve your concerns.- It's important to note, the “pee” stain, is actually a small, permanent rust mark near the toilet paper holder that’s been there since I purchased the condo. No other guests have mentioned it, but I’m sorry it affected your experience.- As for the towels, I provide four bath towels for two guests, which is typically sufficient, but there is a washer and dryer available for additional convenience.Again, I appreciate the opportunity to improve, and I’m always available to address any questions or concerns during a stay.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

The location is perfect. By the casino and easily walkable to every downtown location. This unit has a greater level of privacy given it's an end unit with a private patio covered by tall bushes

Happy in PSP

Nice condo across street from Casino and block and a half from main street with shops, bars, and restaurants. Be aware it was a short walk from condo’s parking spot to condo and annoying hum from Casinos’s AC compressor? Anyone in the area hears it, so not the host fault. Condo well stocked and bright.

Just Right

This property was just right for a week's stay in sunny Palm Springs. Check-in was a breeze. The condo complex is walled-gated for security and privacy, as is the covered parking space. The condo was very comfortable with two bedrooms and well-equipped. There's a gas grill for grilling on the private patio. There are two swimming pool areas that are well-maintained and peaceful/quiet for sunning and relaxing. The property is 3 blocks from Palm Canyon Dr., which has tons of bars and restaurants. Didn't really need a car and spent most of our time at the pool and restaurants, but we did have a car and did some sightseeing at Palm Springs Aerial Tram and Joshua Tree National Park. This place was perfect for us and we would definitely stay again.

Girls Adventure week

We are two gals who went to Palm Springs for the fun activities and relaxation. The condo was perfect for us, each having our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The condo was clean, cute, and the beds were comfy. We ate in often and had everything we needed to cook. Even the neighbors were great! We enjoyed the close activities such as hiking, shopping and restaurants as well as the two pools. We will be reminiscing about our perfect getaway for years!

Fabulous girls getaway

From the moment my sister and I stepped into Sean’s unit we were impressed with the Palm Springs vibe of the condo decor, the cleanliness, the privacy of the patio area and the actual condo layout. It was everything we hoped for and more. Sean was a great host and responded quickly to my texts. We walked to downtown every day and loved being so close to shopping and great restaurants. The pools were great too! We would love to return next year!
