Enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living at this three-bedroom home, highlighted by a private pool and hot tub. Beautifully updated, the open-concept interior boasts high ceilings, contemporary design, and cool porcelain floors. Prepare delicious dishes in the new full kitchen or grill out in the mountain-view backyard -- complete with a gas firepit and covered alfresco dining.

The sunlit living area features a large TV and several sets of doors to the walled backyard. Indulge your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for two, or gather together at the dining table for six.

Furnished with a king bed, the primary suite sports a large TV, a writing desk, direct yard access, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third holds a full-over-full bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, while the washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay.

A mountain-view oasis, your walled backyard features a private pool complete with a four-person hot tub. Host an afternoon cookout and make use of the gas grill. You'll also find covered alfresco dining and ample lounge seating around the gas firepit.

Located in the Demuth Park neighborhood, this home offers convenient access to shopping, golf courses, and quick bites. Configured with scenic walking and biking paths, the sprawling Demuth Park -- located less than a mile from home -- features a tennis court, pickleball courts, baseball diamonds, and a fitness facility.

Wish the property management was more responsive. The Bed didn’t have much support, maybe broken. Took a while to figure out the kitchen sink sensor. Could’ve had a vacuum on the carpets. Otherwise it did the trick for a two night stay.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

My family enjoyed staying at this property. Many amenities made the trip for us very enjoyable. Relaxing all day by the pool or star gazing at night were just a few highlights we have of this place. Very clean and well maintained. My family felt very safe here. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

A great getaway

My family spent a week here and loved it. The house and property is beautiful and new. The neighborhood is great, right next to a big park which was great for my kid. The main attractions for us: comfortable beds, great couch, nice pool and back yard. We cooked a bunch of meals here, and the kitchen was great and had most things we'd need. Would stay here again!

Everything you need

Me and my friends spent the weekend here and all the amenities here are high tech. The neighborhood felt safe and getting in and out of the door was easy, no keys to worry about. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Simply amazing for three childhood friends in their 60’s!

I came here with two childhood friends for a ladies weekend. This place did not disappoint. Centrally located to just about everything Palm Springs. Extremely clean and very well decorated. The staff was very responsive and the check in process seamless. We will be back again and to this location.

Overall, a very good stay. Management responded fast to any minor problems. Kitchen area a little small. Bed in master bedroom is very low. Not built for us seniors.Great area to walk.

Very Nice Home in South Palm Spring

Everything you could ask for

This house is a hidden gem as soon as you're inside white Interiors and vaulted ceilings makes relaxing simple. Also added ammenities such as Roomba, Alexa, 200 megabit Wi-Fi and large Samsung 4k tvs. The pool is perfect with loungers and toys for kids. The kitchen is furnished with all brand new appliances. Private backyard help relaxation. You will not be disappointed staying here. Note that there is no cable TV here and you will have to use a subscription service of your own such as Netflix or Hulu but other than that everything is great

Good option. Could be great with minor updates

The house is conveniently located and very bright and inviting. Check-in was easy and support staff was attentive. 4 stars because: - Needs some touch-ups and updating. Kitchen sink handle kept falling off. Chipped paint on bathroom doors. No towel hooks in bathroom. - service wise, stocking coffee or a few welcome water bottles or Brita pitcher would be nice. It is Palm Springs after all. - the pool is good but i don't know who would consider a small corner section connected to the main pool (and same temp) that can at max fit 2 butts, an actual hot tub. Also the one-time chance to request to heat the pool 3 days prior to arrival is a bit ridiculous. Should be able to activate at any point throughout the stay and without someone coming out and interrupting the guests. That's just losing money for y'all!

Bad experience at this property, misleading description

Home was rented thru Expedia, we were in Palm Springs for a softball tournament. Description misleading, I was not made aware an extra fee of $75 per day would need to be paid if you want Pool and jacuzzi heated. We had to change propane tanks on grill, home was hot when we arrived and jacuzzi gave out after 30 min that Jets were turned on. My husband was not able to see my daughter play Saturday because he had to wait for someone to fix jacuzzi and to top off the Manager was extremely rude! I spent over 2 hours with on the phone with vacasa Friday, we were not able to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi. I was told we would get more propane and that never happened. Horrible experience, zero consideration for our time!
