The home is located in the safest part of DC, very close to groceries, restaurants & metro red line Transit that takes you to DC attractions.
It offers 1 oversized bedroom with queen & full size beds, Basement studio with queen size sofa bed & XL twin beds, 2 full bathrooms, recreation area w/75” TV & full kitchen, free parking on the owner’s driveway & street.
Owner’s live on the upper floor, completely separated from the guest’s rental space.
Guests have their own entrances & exit to the rental space. Washer & Dryer are free for guests staying 5 or more nights.
There is the recreational Patio in the backyard exclusively for the guests to enjoy what ever they feel to do.

Modern, very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient access to restaurants, grocery, Metro station. Small, thoughtful amenities made our family's stay even more special. Snacks left for our arrival, board games, books across all genres and for all ages were made available. Would definitely stay again.

Felt like home!

The space was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Great for families! There was plenty of friendly, helpful communication with the owner. They left many small thoughtful and personal touches that made us feel like we were home! I will def be back if I head to the DC area again.

Quiet Neighborhood

Overall it was a great place to stay. Very clean, beautiful home.The internet service is very poor and limited. Otherwise all was great.I would recommend for anyone staying in the DC area.

The location, cleanliness, neighborhood, convenience, communication were all excellent. The second bedroom was part of a larger family room, not actually a separate bedroom. The beds were as advertised, however, depending on the circumstances the lack of privacy could be an issue. There were 2 full baths and it was lovely with a great kitchen.

Quiet Neighborhood, Courteous Hosts

My 11 year old son and I loved our stay at this property. The hosts made sure we were comfortable and even brought out their ping pong table because my son wanted to play. They had great amenities and plenty of room for more than just the 2 of us. Everything was very clean and even though the hosts live above the apartment, they were very quiet. The neighborhood was beautiful, too. I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit D.C. and the surrounding areas.

Nice clean accommodations and good location

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a great location to visit DC as it is within walking distance (maybe not for really young kids or the elderly) to a Metro station and stores and restaurants. The place was very clean and well appointed. We really appreciated the complimentary snacks (and especially the ready-to-use coffee maker!). There was a good availability of entertainment including a large-screen TV, books, and board games. It was spacious and easily accessible. Thanks.

Very clean, well kept place. The coffee pods/coffe maker and freezer full of ice was a nice touch. Very nice morning shaded patio area to enjoy your coffee. Linens, towels, shower supplies, and a few extras in the kitchen made our stay seemless. Air conditioning worked VERY well and we were so happy to come back to that after being in 90 degree heat. We couldn't have had a better experience and the owner is fantastic. He was very accomodating to let our band set up and do a little practicing. 10 out of 10!

We have chosen this neighborhood because it is located in the safest part of DC, very close to groceries, restaurants & it offers convenient access to public & private transit heading to the Capitol Hill & interstates. The Capital Bikeshare stations and a subway station are within 1.5-miles radius.

~ It's conveniently located at walkable distance to groceries & many shopping centers, restaurants, movie theatres…
~ FREE Parking on the owner driveway & on the neighborhood streets
This neighborhood is the affluent community in North-West Washington D.C., known for its interesting mix of well-maintained, large single family housing styles. Some of the houses border face Rock Creek Park, which has many easily accessible, marked trails that are maintained in a natural state. The Nearby Beach Drive, which is the main road in Rock Creek Park, is closed to vehicular traffic on weekends and Federal holidays so that individuals and families can enjoy bicycling, skating, or whatever on the roadway.

For privacy purposes guests will be directed to enter the house from rear entrance by walking around the right side of the house through the Iron gate.
The front door on the right side of house is always kept closed for the guests privacy, except for exit during emergency cases.
